Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

We came to Long Beach to spend the weekend with our son from Manhattan. He had an easy time getting to Long Beach on the LIRR. Access from JFK was also fairly easy. House had plenty of room for all of us. Easy access to beach. Short walk to boardwalk. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of options.

We had a wonderful stay at Casandra’s home in Centerport, NY. We were visiting Long Island to see friends and family with our two young boys and her home was right in the heart of our old stomping grounds. Casual walk to local beaches, restaurants and pubs and a short drive to Huntington or Northport where there are tons of entertainment and food options. The home was incredibly charming with a beautiful garden and back yard, views of the water, and creatively designed interior.

Every room was even better than expected: • The infrared sauna in the modern bathroom felt like a luxury spa experience. • The kitchen was sleek, bright, and fully equipped, perfect for quick meals or longer stays. • The bedroom, bathed in soft blue ambient lighting, created the most relaxing sleep environment I’ve had in a while. • The living area was stylish, cozy, and equipped with a large flatscreen TV—ideal for winding down. Anthony was an outstanding host—warm, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Whether you’re traveling for work, wellness, or a quiet getaway, this space delivers on all fronts. I’ll absolutely be back.

Our family had a wonderful time! Walking to local restaurants and the beach every day was a true highlight.

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, spacious, organized, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was convenient with great restaurants nearby and plenty of amenities. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Everyone was absolutely enamored with the spacious layout and the stunning view from the property. It truly was an exceptional booking experience. However, it’s important to note that there was no access to the jacuzzi, which some guests might find disappointing. Overall, the space was generous with plenty of room to move around, and it was incredibly comfortable, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. I would definitely choose to book this place again in the future!

I stayed at Jeff’s place for almost a week and I had a wonderful time. The place is conveniently located, close to the LIRR train, the beach, stores and restaurants. Jeff was friendly, kind and super responsive. I felt very welcome. I would recommend staying in Jeff’s place and I plan to visit again in the future.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

Cindy’s place was exactly as described and the communication was great when I did have questions. The backyard and pool were really nice, clean and well manicured. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner. The house was clean and the bed was actually pretty comfortable so that was nice! I would for sure stay here again, thanks again Cindy!

We have stayed at other Airbnb in New Jersey and Danny’s place has been priced just right. The location was very peaceful and had almost everything close by like Walmart, target, dollar tree etc. We were glad to have dedicated parking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from the tenant upstairs as described by other guests that stayed here previously. The pantry was decently stocked for essentials such as spices, sugars, seasonings etc. There is also a nice laundry in the basement with detergent supplied by the host.

The house was spacious with great outdoor seating, pool and hot tub. Great for large group

We loved this cozy place within a beautiful very old home. The scale is small but everything is there that you need for a getaway. Located perfectly between Larchmont and Rye, only a few miles from all the best things. One of very few places to stay that close to the waterfront. Beautiful safe neighborhood.

Our family and I had a wonderful stay. The home was in a great location, and there was good parking available on the driveway.

This was such a nice stay. It was a great stay because the space was more than enough to accommodate my wife and I along with our daughter, as well as my mother in law and sister in law. It was close to grocery shopping so we were able to cook for ourselves. Plus the train to take us to New York wa literally a half block away! This is where we:lol stay ANYTIME we come to the NYC area.

Very flexible hosts and responsive! Was very helpful to my group and I for any adjustments needed, would definitely come back!

Venky’s place was a perfect fit for us. We had an event to attend in Midtown and were able to get there in 10-15 mins. It was also close to great restaurants and markets. His place was clean, equipped with everything we needed, and very spacious for our group of 5. We’d definitely recommend Venky’s place for anyone traveling to the Jersey City or NYC area. We arrived at Mengli's apartment after a very long journey and it was so nice to see everything was as described. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lots of towels, great hand soap/toiletries and comfortable beds. Mengli was very responsive and proactive. She checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and to offer recommendations for our itinerary. The apartment is very well situated for all shops and restaurants with only a short walk to the main street. Finally, we were allowed to store our luggage until our taxi arrived. Hoboken is an ideal place to stay when visiting New York as it is very easy to get into the city. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mengli's apartments to anyone visiting. I'm very glad we chose to stay there, it couldn't have been a better experience.

The house was very nice and in a great location. Lots to do in the area. The kitchen and The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were nice and remodeled. The downstairs bathroom needs updating. It is original to the house. The house was very clean and the kitchen was spotless. The house is nicely decorated. The host Gordon was extremely responsive.

Fantastic place! Great location for us although we did not visit nearby shopping or restaurants. Place was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were spotless with great showers. We did not really use the kitchen, but it appeared to have everything you would need. Nice touch to have a Keurig with k-cups available for coffee. Family room was very comfortable with a nice, big TV and the master also had a nice TV as well. All in all, one of the best Airbnb places I have stayed. Would highly recommend.

What a GEM... PERFECT spot for visiting NYC! So close to bus stop and so easy to get to the City. Great neighborhood, located directly across from the skyline... the view is breathtaking! Can't say enough about Mary... what an amazing host! She was so friendly, thorough with instructions, extremely helpful with tips and recommendations, and quick to respond to any questions! The place was absolutely SPOTLESS and had everything we needed and more! Thank you, Mary!!!

Spacious, with excellent floor-plan with very nice fixture finishing's, and appliances were especially in Kitchen, Bathrooms, and laundry room. Very comfortable beds! The quality of the interior actually exceeded what the pictures conveyed on the posting. Having an attached double car garage was a bonus. One block walk to the beach boardwalk was nice. This was a perfect "home-base" for our family during graduations and family a get-away vacation
