Vacation rentals with beach access in Rockaway Beach, Queens

A wonderful beach respite! Lovely area, great restaurants, wonderful welcoming hosts—felt like home! Nearby Sandy Hook beach / reserve is gorgeous. Lorine and Lizette are truly super hosts. They have thought of everything! The house is well equipped, comfortable and has everything you will need. We loved the porch, the view — and you can see the sunrise. We had delicious meals at nearby restaurants. We slept like babies. We visited historic lighthouses. Highly recommend!

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

We had a wonderful stay at Anthea’s place! It was private, cozy, and a perfect haven between busy activities with our 4 month old! It was clean, well stoked, and very homey. Anthea was friendly and very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend!

It was really clean and very private, we felt right at home. There was tv, towels, shampoo and conditioner included. The host was very nice and helpful.

It as a lovely small area close to Hofstra which what we wanted. Our host gave great instructions for easy check in. Overall I’d recommend and stay there again. Great experience.

We loved our stay at Anthony's place in Long Beach. The house had everything we needed: comfy bed, clean sheets, smart tvs, wifi, stocked kitchen, plus a really cool vibe. It's so close to restaurants and the boardwalk, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Anthony was also very friendly, provided plenty of recommendations for things to do nearby, and communication with him was easy overall. We wish we could've stayed longer, and highly recommend Anthony's place.

The Captain’s Cottage was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We walked (with umbrellas) to the quaint shops and restaurants and along the harbor. It was a perfect location to breathe some sea air, and just a short drive to the Long Island Railroad for time in the city. We just had the best time and Kim was a wonderful and accessible host!

We were very happy in this charming little house. And our hosts were so generous and thoughtful with well stocked snacks and coffee, even milk and half and half for our coffee. The house was spotless. And the front porch was delightful.

My wife and I booked a weekend trip here to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. We usually go to a beach house but early may isnt exactly beach weather. We were so lucky to stumble upon this listing! Heated pool, hot tub, a 9 hole mini golfcourse right in the backyard! Outside TVs! Phenominal lights hanging. It was perfect. And Duane and Eva have it loaded with any game you could think of. Pool table inside, old school Nba jam, ping pong, a closet full of board/ card games, you can even play deal or no deal on Alexa! The entire home is a smart home which was beyond cool. Music in the shower, smart toilet that opens when you walk in the room (and a heated seat). Duane and Eva were phenominal comminicating, always a very fast response time. Some great restaurants near by- we enjoyed coffee and breakfast sanwiches from bagel toasterie and a great dinner at insignia sushi & steakhouse. Great spot for an anniversary dinner. Definitely will return again soon, awesome place, awesome hosts. Thanks

Exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and comfortable. The home was stocked with any item needed. Cherisse touched base to make sure our stay was everything we expected. I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Sherri was super accommodating of our family and very responsive.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
