Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Rochester

Franchestca and her husband are some of the kindest people I have ever met!! They really do make you feel like you're a part of the family. I would recommend them 100 times over for any staying in Rochester.

Gregory was a great host . Everything we needed was there for us . He even went out of his way to bring us the BBQ grill . We went while it was still winter so it’s usually stored during that time . The house was clean , comfortable and directly across the street from Lake Ontario . Very quiet neighborhood with allot to do around you that’s walking distance . I highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a relaxing peaceful experience with a great host ..

I would definitely stay here again. I haven’t stayed in many Air bnb rooms. But this was the best so far! He was very friendly! And the room was very clean! You can hear a little traffic BUT it was was nothing that kept me up at night! I slept well, the Internet was great and the house was clean and I felt safe! The location is perfect for my overnight visit to RIT!

We had a fantastic stay during Thanksgiving week. Perfectly situated on Beach Ave., close to lots of bars and restaurants. The home was fantastic. Really beautiful. As a small, but appreciated bonus, it was nice to have coffee pots in the front bedroom and kitchenette upstairs. Worth every penny. Gregory was a great host!

Tammy's place is a great place to stay ! Very comfortable, clean & peaceful setting. Great for family outings, especially great also as a destination area. Letchworth State Park very close to the farm. Will have to come back with friends and do some hiking. Thank you Peggy & Tammy for your hospitality!

The home was absolutely stunning. Walking into the home it had a fresh smell and was extremely warming and welcoming. We had an amazing time and felt as if we were at home. The location was perfect and close to everything. We were close to family which made it even more spectacular. We will be booking this place for all our future trips to NY. Thanks so much for the amazing hospitality!
