We travel to visit family. The area is very quiet and close to parks , leisure areas, health center, restaurants, train... Everything is very well connected. Rosa excellent host, from the first moment she was interested in that we had what we needed, the husband left us the house warmly so that the reception was very pleasant, she helped us with the luggage...Nice, very good treatment, communicative, available, recommended 💯

The dd Fabiola house is just perfect. Every little detail is taken care of, the spaces are beautiful, cozy and truly spacious (we were 7 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs). Communication and entry/check out has flowed smoothly, responds quickly and is pending to be able to help with anything. Also, just a 5 minute walk you have supermarkets, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy… We really had everything you need and more. Looking forward to coming back!

Excellent accommodation, unbeatable views and a great location. The house exactly as Manuel describes it, very well equipped. It has some paint and humidity flaws but they do not prevent you from enjoying your stay. We are confident that they will be repaired soon and we will definitely be back. Great communication with the host.

Fantastic stay, a pity the bad weather because we couldn't take advantage of the whole place, but the house is wonderful, it doesn't lack anything, we were 10 people with babies and nothing was missing. The windmill is in a wonderful place, in the middle of the peace of the Sierra. From it, any walk that is worth it. The house itself is very special. And the treatment with Frank is a luxury. Attentive at all times, very nice. It is a very special place and the conditions are equally special, we have left with regret and eager to return. The last stretch of access is off-road and uneven ground, but you can get there perfectly and Frank's directions are very accurate. Highly recommended

The perfect home for the 10 we were. Clean, the beds good, the kitchen stocked. The TV remote was not working and Gregorio brought us another tele with his remote. We didn't get any cold thanks to the wood burning stove and heat pumps. Gregorio didn't put pegas when we asked for firewood, available at all times ( I was alohado downstairs from the house) and very friendly. A lot of tranquility, it is a village of only 4 inhabitants and very close to Ayllon and Riaza. Totally recommended.

We loved being Sama, we were three very happy families. A large space, they left us everything decorated for Christmas which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. The garden is immense, there is a barbecue and even in winter the children could enjoy it. Yolanda is especially attentive and willing, she has given us many recommendations that we follow and were great. Don't hesitate to stay here.
