Everything was correct and very clean, the stay was very pleasant and we were attended to phenomenal throughout the stay, great breakfasts, varied and copious. Being located very close to the center, it greatly facilitated the commuting. We stayed seven people and two pets (medium dogs). Highly recommended

We had a very good vacation with family at Carmen's house. The house is very cozy and is very well equipped. Carmen and her husband are a sweetheart, they have always been aware of what we might need. It's a highly recommended place.

We were a group of friends for a couple of days and we were super comfortable. The common areas of the house are very good, including a barbecue and jacuzzi with very good hygiene. The location is unbeatable, close to Ávila and Salamanca to go spend the day. It also has hiking trails and the house has a donkey named Manolo who is a sweetheart. Finally, we want to highlight the host's attention. He was always available, recommended places, explained everything perfectly and answered any questions we had at all times. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house, ideal for a weekend with friends or family and even better if it's good weather to enjoy the terrace and pool. I really liked that the rooms were in another area in the living room-kitchen, it was very comfortable especially for those who went with small children. Very large rooms with full bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed it very much, it is a place to repeat without a doubt and Inma was very friendly and helpful at all times, we had a small problem that resolved us quickly.

The house was exactly as described—comfortable, well-equipped, and set in a peaceful location with a spacious outdoor area. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable. The secure parking behind a lockable gate was a great bonus, giving us peace of mind. The host was incredibly responsive and readily available whenever we needed anything

Alba's house is perfect, it has everything you need. Alba is always ahead of anything you might need in a house. You go from your home to feeling like it's your own, and above all in an idyllic enclave with fabulous views, which makes it the ideal place to rest and disconnect for a few days away from the hustle and bustle. In addition to all this, they allow pets with a fenced garden that makes it easy for them to have fun without leaving. Although the entire development is perfect for your walks. What more could you want from a place to stay?

Everything's fine. It's a perfect place to spend a few quiet days. Swimming pool (if you go in summer, it was not my case), barbecue and beer tap. Very close to La Granja de San Ildefonso

Beautiful place. We had traveled all through Spain and this was an ideal location for a night and change of pace. It was quiet and peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The place was clean and comfortable.

The place had everything and was spotless. Jose was very kind and attentive to us, and he helped us with everything we needed. The house is located in the middle of a hill and is accessed by stairs. Although it has a supermarket and a bus stop 5-10 minutes walking, the area is not pedestrian and you have to walk by road. Even so, it is a very quiet place with beautiful views, ideal for hiking.

The house was just as in the photos and description, a shame not to be able to enjoy the large patio due to the rain, a place where we will surely repeat, when you arrive at the house Daniel has all kinds of details and instructions for the stay, different types of heating the house, details for breakfast and kitchen, do not miss anything once you are there. Daniel's attention also to emphasize since the communication was very fluid and accept animals and that he also has bowls and a casita is very thankful.

We loved the house! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well-equipped and the decor is nice. We'll be back!

Very cozy private space next to the mountains, great stay!

We had a great time, the house had everything we were looking for, comfortable living areas, the fireplace worked wonderfully, spacious areas, a large kitchen, comfortable and with everything you need, we didn't miss anything at all. The weather was not good, but we were able to enjoy the house, with good times reading by the fireplace with a good glass of wine... The bedroom area with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Patricia was helpful at all times, answering any questions we might have and advising us on the area with places to eat, which by the way was a total success. We'll be back for sure, we're looking forward to hiking in the area.

Everything was perfect! David is a very good host, friendly and communicative. We had a problem on arrival that was beyond his control and he came to help us right away. The village is very quiet and the house is comfortable. He left us the table set and details of the area upon our arrival. Easy access. Also wood for the barbecue. Everything was great, Cristian was very friendly and attentive to everything at all times. The house is great, it has everything you need, especially to go with children since it has a foosball table, ping pong, rackets... and it's well heated, which is appreciated. Apart from breakfast, his mother treated us to a delicious lemon sponge cake. The area is wonderful, very quiet. I recommend this place without any hesitation.
