We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely and very clean. Smelled so nice walking in. You can tell this house is loved and very well taken care of. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need. The back porch is amazing! The host is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here when going to the Nashville area.

Dianne and her husband were very responsive and fantastic hosts. Their home was so much more than expected. This trip was the first for me by myself in along time and the home made it a perfect trip. Good location if you need to get to all of the following: Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Rivergate, and Nashville (I have friends in family in all those areas). Private and quiet, which were priorities for us. Nice kitchen, loved the firepit outside and the fireplace inside. Plenty of room for 4-5 people. Would definitely come back!!!

This Airbnb was exactly as listed, it was very clean and well organized the pool table and ping pong were a plus. The host were very nice and responded in a timely manner, I wish I could have stayed longer and I would 100% come back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a peaceful vacation with a beautiful view.

Loved our stay at Chris’s country home. It’s a great place to rest and relax. There are houses around, but I never heard anyone at all. The back deck is lovely and a peaceful place to hang out. There were snacks and drinks in the fridge, which was a lovely surprise. We felt right at home. We will for sure book again when we can get away.

Great location—very walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. The space was clean, comfortable, and the bed and pillows were super cozy. Jeffrey was excellent with communication, checking in to make sure everything was going well and quickly answering any questions. Definitely recommend!

John’s hospitality was amazing! There were a couple tornado warnings during our stay - one at 3am - and him and his family welcomed us into their home in case we had to go to the basement for safety. Not only this but the location of the rental was amazing and perfect for our visit. We would definitely come back. Thanks John!!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

We had such a wonderful stay at truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in Nashville! We were traveling with my parents, spouse, and 3-year-old, and it was such a relief to find a one-night stay that was also family-friendly. The backyard play structure and other amenities was a huge hit after a long travel day, and inside we were happy to find games and toys that were fun and age-appropriate. The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked—with a full kitchen, plenty of cookware and dishes, a fully supplied bathroom with complimentary toiletries, extra linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making their space comfortable for all guests. Even after a middle-of-the-night wake-up from tornado sirens (classic Tennessee!), we were able to settle back in and rest well. Huge thanks to the Randy & Diane we’d absolutely stay again and hope to return soon!

10/10 stay! The hosts were amazing and shared great recommendations. Just a 10-minute drive to Broadway, and within walking distance to some awesome restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely come back. And the decor? 10/10—totally gave off Nashville vibes, haha. Loved it!

Julie's place was so comfortable! Streaming services were included on the TV, it was in the back of the house with plenty of trees around with a beautiful deck so it was very privately. We never saw another person. There was a small fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and regular sized stove. The place was well decorated. There was a record player with plenty of records. The beds were soft, every room was a decent size and it was an open space so you can sit in the kitchen or dining room and talk to somebody in the living room. There was no exhaust for the stove, carbon or smoke detectors and the shower was a smaller standing shower. Otherwise we felt so safe and comfortable!

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. BOOK WITH RACHEL!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Nashville. The condo is small but perfect for a couple. The bed was large and comfy and it had everything we needed for a nice stay. It’s about a mile north of Broadway, but we were really happy with the growing Germantown area and the many food and beverage options. We were also happy to see how close we were to the AAA baseball stadium and decided to catch a game on a whim. I will note that the walls must be very thin and the people above us were night owl because we could hear their every move at 2am. If you are a light sleeper just be aware. Otherwise highly recommend

River view and wildlife were great!

This was our 1st experience with a rental. We have always used hotels. This is a high bar to have set as our 1st experience; it was easy from start to finish for sure. We will be looking/booking again using the same host for sure! Mahalo and ALOHA!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.
