We had a fabulous weekend with our family at your cozy house. It was perfect for us and in a great location!

This was a great place for us to stay while in town for a wedding. They were accommodating and communicated very well with us. We would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

Great little place to stay for a couple looking to get away for the weekend! Very clean, very beautiful, nice shower, and the outside area is super cool. We will book again!

Darling little place. I love the whimsical decorations and colors throughout the home. Location was perfect & safe. Very cute neighborhood - walking distance to all the fun shops and restaurants. I appreciated the gated yard for my dog, too! Pedro is so quick to respond and went the extra mile in ensuring that my stay was exceptional. Been playing tourist staying in airbnbs as a new local so he helped make my house hunting adventure less stressful. :)

The cleanest, most well put together, and most cozy Airbnb I’ve used thus far. Very good instructions, very well decorated, extremely clean, pristine bathroom, and the TV automatically signs you out of accounts when you check out. Highly recommended if you need a nice one bedroom Airbnb in Nashville. Also you’re very close to everything downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Chloe made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything that we needed. This listing is very cute and located in a private, quiet location. The hosts have thought of everything that you might need during your stay. I would gladly stay here again!

this was a ladies getaway and the home was great! we each got a bedroom and the beds were comfortable.. the drip coffee maker didnt have any filters and Konrad immediately sent over some and even a new keurig machine as that one wasn't working good so I was so appreciative and happy we had such amazing hosts!! driving to all sites were about 15-30 minutes away (depending on traffic) so very close to everything I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is adorable and very clean! Stephen is an amazing host! He’s very proactive and thoughtful as well. There was a nasty storm one of the nights we were there. Stephen left lanterns on the porch for us just in case the power went out. That was so sweet and thoughtful. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again.

This condo was like home from home the moment you walked in it felt clean and welcoming with all things you require. The house was spotless and the washer and dryer was great to get some holiday washing done so you don’t have to take lots of dirty clothes home. The area is very close to Midtown where we frequented most days and nights. We visited the Grand Ole Opry and many other great places and an Uber was only a call away. We walked to Broadway a few times which kept up for and active however we found Midtown was more our style as it’s very busy on Broadway. We visited lots of places and really enjoyed our stay at Carlos and Cheryl’s place thank you for letting us stay we will be back one day ❤️

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.

Ronald’s place was wonderful! It was at the quiet end of the complex, with a nice balcony view of the river. The pool was right there and looked awesome! The grill is also on the same end. Ronald had everything we needed and the place was very clean and comfortable! The place is walkable, but has a long drive to get to the road. Once construction is complete across the street, you should be able to hop right on the Greenway trail. (This us an easy way to get to downtown.) It is very close to the baseball stadium and right within Germantown. We loved it here and will be back when we return to Nashville!

Great communication with hosts. Lots of fine walkable restaurants in the area. Downtown is accessible by public transportation.

We rented it for a girls 60th Birthday getaway and loved the place! It was clean, roomy, comfortable and decorated so pretty! We felt right at home and would definitely rent this place again! I would highly recommend this place and looking forward to coming back for another girls trip:)

We had a great time at Katie’s place. It was exactly as described, easy to check into, and a great location. It was in a quiet area which was really nice and we used lime scooters to get around downtown. Katie was super friendly and communicative!

This was the 3rd time we stayed here at Kayla’s and continues to be outstanding! The condo is beautifully decorated, has everything you could possibly need or want, down to the most minute detail. It’s walkable to many places, about a mile and a half from Broadway (downhill—you may want to uber on the way back). There are bars, restaurants, and music 10-15 minutes away, also. I’ve it here and can’t wait to come back!
