Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

Lisa was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house was the nicest AirBNB we’ve ever been in and during a different stay with different weather the playset, pool, and hot tub would’ve been perfect amenities for this location to serve as a good stay-cation location. We’ll definitely consider again if we’re in this neck of the woods. Thank you Lisa!

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! Great location, walkable to restaurants and other activities. It was a short drive to downtown Nashville, with a parking spot for guests. The pool was a nice bonus to cool off in after spending the day walking the city. We would recommend this property!

Allie’s place was perfect for our family getaway! I was probably one of the cleanest most well decorated Airbnb’s we have ever rented. We will definitely be repeat customers if she will have us back! 100% recommend for families!

The Airbnb is absolutely adorable. The property is very relaxing with birds singing and very peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on both porches at different times of the day. The little touches, like a working record player, which we enjoying playing also… We definitely want to return to their place. It’s like right out of a magazine.

We were so relaxed. The animals on the farm were very therapeutic. My 2 grandchildren just loved feeding the donkeys carrots daily. There was a lot of room, games and the kitchen had all appliances you needed. I would highly recommend this place. It is very relaxing and peaceful. The hostess is the best.

Danielle’s place was such a peaceful retreat for our group! The drive to downtown was between 30-40 minutes depending on traffic but we were so glad to return to the quiet after visiting the city, and there’s so much to do between the house and downtown! The chickens were chatty and we enjoyed hearing their “gossip” in the mornings. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great place for a family getaway! Home was beautiful and in a great area! The owner was very responsive and friendly as well.

Jonny really saved the day for us. We had around 15 people coming into the Nashville area for a wedding. We had booked a place a year ago and everyone was set to stay there. When we arrived we found out the place we booked had been booked to someone else and refused to respond to us. Needless to say, we began panicking. We quickly searched for alternate venues/places to stay and came upon Jonny’s place. I messaged and explained the situation when requesting to book in hopes he could accommodate us. Not only was he prompt but he was so very helpful in everything we needed. It was such a relief to find a responsive host and a beautiful and well equipped house. There’s so much to do just at the house itself and it was comfortable and beautiful. The wedding took place on the front lawn and everything turned out simply incredible! I cannot recommend Templet house enough. Such a wonderful stay! Everyone in our group agrees!

The cabin in person is as amazing as it is in the pictures. My family loved everything about it - it was so cozy and we felt right at home! We all loved it so much and would highly recommend the place and our host to anyone. Everything we needed was right there, and we hope to come back someday! Beautiful home!

This stay was wonderful. The property is as described, and though we were a pretty small party, it was so nice to spread out in the space. My girls (2 & 11) loved the bonus room, and we appreciated how comfortable the beds were and how nice it was to let the kids play outside on the couple of acres. The grocery stores are a short 7-10 min drive and the area is so nice and quiet. My only regret is not staying longer. Thanks for being a fantastic host, hopefully we can stay again when we’re in the area!
