Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊

Everything was super clean and nice.

I like the location of the place, there are supermarkets nearby, it is close to Parque el Jaguar and it is near the Av Prinicipal to tour and look for places of interest.

This apartment is in an ideal location!! Truly a 4-5 minute stroll to reach 5th Ave and only a few more to reach the beach. Grocery stores only a 2-3 minute walk the opposite direction. The apartment building has a representative at the front desk 24 hours to offer assistance and Pablo was extremely quick to respond when ever we had a question. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay (we were there 5 weeks).

This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

Ok, as far as the descrition of the place I feel like it could have been a little more detailed. Maybe it was just my perception of the convo etc. But let me tell YOU. It was WAY better than what I thought it was gonna be. We had this HUGE home on the property that was immaculate, comfortable and private. So, there is a pool outside of this villa, it is wonderful. It's not too big but big enough to escape the humidity. There may be kids yelling in it in the am, which you could hear from the living room etc, but who cares really. This place is a small compund really with many other condos but it didn't feel overcrowded or anything like that. Theres a restaurant and bar right on the beach too! There is 24H concierge, hello.... so helpful. They got our grocieries ready for us upon arrival and even helped with 2 huge boxes of tequila we had sent there to suprise our friends. Check in was easy as well, no issues. It is right in the heart of the town... walk to everything!!! Loved it!

The space is everything that you would want and need for a long term stay. I stayed for a little over a month and felt like I had a home away from home. The space is very clean and spacious and the amenities are great! The staff members are so kind and attentive and the premises are always super clean. Lastly, the pool is fabulous!

Lovely, clean place with attentive hosts and friendly staff. Challenging to find (not necessarily the fault of the hosts) - and quite a bit farther outside of town than we expected... but after we got settled in, we appreciated the quiet, zen location. If you don't have a car, it does make the location a little more difficult to manage. Enjoyed the big TV and the A/C that worked well. Nice to have a pool onsite.

The accommodation is very nice, beautiful, with all the amenities they offer in the advertisement. Brenda was always attentive to answer my questions, to help me with access to the apartment, the beds are very comfortable, the place is very clean. I really recommend it.

Great flat in the perfect location. we would note that the sofa bed was too small for an average adult, and bedding was missing. however they did deliver bedding within about twenty minutes. we also had to buy some coffee which was listed as provided. the balcony was great, and the rooftop pools were sublime. two beds were really big and comfy

Had a fantastic stay in Playa! In total, I stayed 2.5 months with a 1 week break (that's why you probably don't see my review that I had a long-term stay). I thought it was a perfect location, just a short walk to downtown and the beach. A very complete apartment with kitchen and air conditioning. Especially the own workspace was nice, which I used as a remote worker daily. I felt very safe thanks to the receptionist and the camera security. Only drawbacks: I found the bed very hard, which caused me back pain. And there was moisture damage on the wall because no window could open (at least that was possible but then mosquitoes came in). Anyway, everything else is great.

This rental was perfect for our family. It was easy to find. It was across the street for the beautiful snorkel spot by the Money Bar. It was safe, secure, beautiful. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Having free laundry within the home was super helpful.

The accommodation has all the amenities for an incredible stay, the beds are super comfortable and it has everything you need to cook (microwave, oven, air fryer, blender, etc.) I really felt at home, the location is not an impediment to enjoying all the attractions of Tulum, it is true that it is a little far from downtown but if you have a car the place is ideal to rest. My family and I were delighted, if we have the opportunity we would stay at this place again.

Otto and his wife are great hosts! They were very responsive and make you feel like family. The apartment's living room, dining, kitchen area is cozy, however, the main bedroom is much larger than I expected. They have beach towels and a beach umbrella in the main bedroom that you can use. We put these to great use as we visited a different beach each day we were in cancun. The apartment is a short 4 block walk to the main square when you can catch the bus to the beaches. The bus gets extremely full and it could be difficult to get a seat or even space to stand. An alternate option is to use Uber or Didi for ride share services. There was some construction on the corner as a new restaurant is being built. However, you can only hear the construction in the living room area, not in the main bedroom. This was not an issue for us sleeping in. There is an Oxxo at the end of the block and a Walmart express across the main street. This was very convenient for us.

Yazmin and Diego were super great hosts. The location is really great, a minute to Walmart, bus station to the hotel zone, Pizza Hut, Dominos etc. Everything you need. We felt at home, received great tips from Diego about all of Mexico and Cancun and the area was quiet and relaxed. We would stay here again.

I found the apartment to be comfortable, with good facilities (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony) and spacious enough. The location is very good, the building is a few meters from Av. Cobá, which is the road that goes down to Jaguar Park (the entrance is 2.5km from the building), across the street is Chedraui, which is practical for the stay, in addition to having restaurants nearby.
