The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). On a closed and wooded plot of 3600 m², this basement studio with an area of 40 m² is completely renovated. Northwest facing, it is bright and sunny. Ideally located in the countryside and 15 minutes from the sea, you can fully enjoy these two assets. Pets are allowed (we have a dog, a cat and a pony). A pool is located in the front part of the property, so children will be placed under parental supervision.
