This 35 m2 house will bring you all the comforts: on the ground floor a beautiful living room with its fitted and equipped kitchen overlooking a private terrace, a toilet and washing machine. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed, shower, closet, additional desk Linens and towels can be provided but only on request. Free Wi-Fi access. Free parking. We pay special attention to cleanliness.

Independent furnished studio in a local's home

We rent a home: a main room of 14 m2 includes a bed with a recent mattress (February 2023), a large wardrobe, a desk and a kitchen with microwave oven grill, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and 2 electric plates. Dishes, garbage cans are available. An adjoining 4 m2 bathroom includes shower, toilet, sink. Everything is located on the ground floor of our home with independent entrance and south-facing terrace.

Fully equipped studio for vacation or work

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door.
