Vacation rentals with a patio in Riverside

Juan was a wonderful host and this place is a gem! Would love to stay here again the next time I’m in town.

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

We only stayed two nights as a quick recovery after Disney, and the place worked great for our family of 4. Lots of great restaurants nearby and the beach was about a 10 minute walk. Easy to find, had every amenity we could have needed, and the parking spot was a plus.

Joseph’s place was cute, clean and in a great location. We were surprised by delicious snacks and soft drinks. He communicated with us effectively and in a timely manner. 15 min drive to Universal Studios. I would stay there again.

Nice place. Unit has everything you need. Small driveway, definitely not for SUVs. Would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The remodeling was done well, the furniture was comfortable and loved the little touches with the decor. I now understand why it was so highly rated. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is nice- exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and well stocked with linens, blankets, towels, etc. It is not at the same address as the listing, it’s about half a mile away from there. That shouldn’t be a problem for most people, but having to walk an extra half mile each way when we were going to restaurants and shops on 6th/Wilshire was not ideal with young kids. We had a great time using the clubhouse and rooftop to play pool and chill when we were staying in. The check-in and parking instructions were very detailed and easy to understand and follow. The host is incredibly responsive and friendly. There’s a kind of hole in the wall Salvadoran restaurant right next door to the apartment and the food was SO good- highly recommend trying it if you stay here. Also pop down to Old Ferry Donuts and Blue Bottle Coffee. Overall, a great place, great host. Would definitely stay again.

The place was as pictured and described. Geri was extremely patient and responsive as I waffled regarding whether to make the trip. I experienced the apartment as a respite from what was a stressful visit and looked forward to returning each night to the comfort it provided. I highly recommend the place and working with Geri.

It was peaceful I tv felt like home the only thing Is two of the doors a room and a bathroom didn’t close it was missing the strike hardware

ive stayed in tons of airbnbs n this was genuinely my favorite one thus far as it was incredible in every aspect! it was clean, safe, exactly as described if not bigger than i imagined, and comfortable. Laura was also so wonderful to work with. She was so friendly and utterly helpful for my many questions — very accommodating to my needs as well! the price was great as well especially considering everything available to us. i would absolutely 100% return next time im in the area. 10/10 experience!

It’s a perfect place to drop your bags, sleep, have morning coffee and go about your day. It’s well appointed if you need more than that. I love the offering of filtered water, pod coffee and snacks.

The place was beautiful and amazing..and Mike was an excellent host..it was a perfect weekend..this place is a saver..we will be back.

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. In a cute neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby. Would most likely need a rental car to explore other parts of LA unless willing to Uber or take public transport. Beds and couch were very comfy! Hosts are very nice and responsive to messages. The only small downside is that the house does have a noticeable musty smell. Overall, a very nice stay!

Beautiful view of nature from our Airbnb. Loved having the waterfalls and scenery of the outdoors right outside the patio area. There were huge fish swimming in the water which was pretty cool. Lovely view, very calming and relaxing. It felt like we were near a river with rainforests. There was a second patio area upstairs next to our bedroom with chairs to relax and lounge. Perfect size for the 4 of us. The condo was clean and comfortable which I enjoyed. When we arrived we did not have login instructions which was at 10pm. Check in time was at 4pm so I think it would have been better to have that information before arriving especially since we got there so late. Slight issue with noise we were very quiet during our stay however, the noise sensors went off while walking up and down the stairs. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location and quiet area. Lot’s of restaurants nearby downtown Brea and Fullerton not to mention the University Cal State Fullerton.

Had a great stay, very clean and had a full kitchen. We cooked meals at home and everything was well equiped. Location was very good, grocery store and restaurants on walkable distance. Selina was very helpful and her instructions were very clear. The only issue is that the building is very old, neighbors upstairs were not noisy but even if they walk then the doors and windows in the apartment would start shaking. Otherwise, everything was very thought through in the house. Thanks!

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.

Place was clean and matched the beauty of Laguna Nigel. Kitchene was nice and has lots of necessary dishes, pans, utensils. Patio is beautiful and relaxing. TV’s allow streaming. The thermostat easy to control. Great Host, Great Place, Great location.
