Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

This was the second time we have stayed here. We will forever stay here if available. Matina was quick to respond, very attentive to our needs. Honestly the best host we have had in this area. We have been coming to this area (from 18th-28th street) the last 6yrs and usually come twice a year. She has fans, beach items, things for toddlers and your infants. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Given that the second bathroom in outside with a quick walk down side of house, it was lovely and big. Yes, the home is older but extra cozy. The beds were good and small kitchen perfect for cooking. Could use one more serving bowl. Location was divine! short walk to Marine Street and ferry. A quiet, lovely street. We loved the french doors and half doors to let a beach breeze circulate. Washer and dryer were convenient. Parking always available on street. Granted, it is not brand new but had all we needed. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Location and house couldn’t be better for great day time activities. Our kids loved it (15 yo) they were able to safely go about their days independently. House was beautiful, airy, bright. As stated in some reviews bring earplugs for the primary as it faces a busy street and by 7am it gets noisy. But we’ll be back. Totally worth it.

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

This place is in a great location. My only complaint was the shower is small and the water pressure was low. I have long thick hair and it was very hard to get the soap out. When she means compact car she means like a a 2 seater car. We rented a Chevy Malibu and it didn’t fit so parking on the street was fine except on days when you have to be off the street for cleaning. Finding a spot to park was difficult. Address on the garage door was painted over in white so we couldn’t see it at night. We had to park and walk around with our flashlights to find our place and what garage door was ours. This is a wonderful place to stay. Remember to bring quarters if you plan on washing clothes.
