Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Isani. The apartment is specious , lots of space, wide halls and comfortable. Great for long term stays, families or friend groups. The area is central, very close to old city - 1 minute walk to metro and bus stop is just a minute walk as well. 24/7 Supermarket Carrefour, Isani Mall and Mcdonalds, KFC restaraunts are on the other side of the Road. Pharmacies, bakeries and various stores are all in couple minute walking distance.

The apartment was lovely, with high-quality renovations and a minimalist interior that we really enjoyed. Everything we needed was provided. The only issue was that the floors were not clean. We tried to clean them ourselves, but without a bucket, it wasn’t very effective. Even wearing slippers, it felt as though the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned. This was particularly inconvenient as our child played and ran barefoot on the floor. We hope the host can address this for future stays.

Our flight landed at 03:55 in the morning, and even though the check-in time was 14:00, Mariam did us a huge favor by having the house cleaned and ready for us. After a long overnight flight, it felt amazing to arrive and relax. All the kitchen and bathroom essentials mentioned were available in the house. We stayed as two families—7 adults and 2 children in total. The house was very spacious and airy, so everyone felt comfortable. The terrace and the view were fantastic. Luckily, the weather was great, and we spent most of our time on the terrace. The kids loved the party room. Having internet and Netflix in the house was especially great for the children. Mariam was always reachable and helped us with everything. She was truly an excellent host.

I truly recommend staying here. Sofo and her family are amazing hosts. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had booked a stay for three months and extended it another because I enjoyed staying there so much and felt at home. Every issue or potential issue that arose they took care of it quickly and/or informed me of it (sometimes there are utility outages or protests- that’s just Tbilisi for you). Sofo is quick in her communication as well. They have family that lives next door and they are also very kind. The whole family loved my little dog who I travel with. With me having such a long stay they were also kind enough to bring a change of linens every couple weeks as well which was so incredibly welcomed. The area is great- 15 minute walk to Rustaveli metro, 2 minute walk to the bus stop. There are multiple supermarkets, produce markets, cafes, restaurants and bars all within a 5-10 minutes.

Very comfortable studio, room is nicely refurbished, bed is comfortable. Nice little balcony overlooking pedestrian street. Good hot shower. Location is absolutely perfect. No cooking facilities which was great for me but bear it in mind. Check in was a dream, very clear and easy and the host accommodated for my less than ideal arrival time. Thank you so much :)

Nana's apartment is fantastic: it is spacious, immaculately clean, comfortable, located in a great area, in the very heart of Tbilisi. The area is very lively but it was quiet in the apartment. There are several restaurants basically downstairs, a supermarket one minute by foot. Our driver had a problem finding the address, and even though it was extremely early, Nana and David answered our call and walked him straight to the apartment. I would definitely stay in Nana's apartment again when in Tbilisi next time.
