Spent a week here and it was fantastic. Bright, spotless, and roomy flat with a fully stocked kitchen—everything works. Despite sitting in the heart of Vake, it’s whisper‑quiet inside. The host replies within minutes and is happy to help. Only downside: it’s on the 5th floor with no elevator, so pack light. Otherwise, a top pick—I’d return in a heartbeat.

Всё очень понравилось! Ираклий приятный хост, даже дал нам второй комплект ключей по нашему запросу, обо всём смогли договориться! Единственная проблема была в ручке двери снаружи (была поломана), но там как я понимаю обстоятельства были такие, остальное всё было замечательно!

Everything is just perfect. Location is amazing and very convenient - there are lots of cafes/restaurants, stores, supermarkets and two parks nearby. Apartment is modern and clean, perfectly matches photos and has all listed amenities. The host is great - very friendly and responsive. I will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

Каартира расположена в старом доме, на 4 этаже. За счет мощных деревьев, растущих вдоль улицы, ощущение что ты находишься в лесу. Это район Вере, где много приятных кафешек и ресторанов. Если нужен старый город, то лучше снять поближе к нему. Но меня старый город не прельстил, там шумно и нет зелени. Хороший матрас и подушки. Классно, что мансардные окна открываются. Думаю летом там наверху может быть жарко, но есть кондиционер. Мы не включали. На четвертый этаж подъем по довольно крутой лестнице.

Everything was perfect In flat, location is great, very close to all needy facilities . Restaunants, shops on walkable distance. Wifi speed is high convinient for those working online Bedroom is with smart tv Living room as well. Ac is in both room Dish washer Cloth wash machine Drier machine is also plus. Spacy balcony overlooking direct to Main street with pleasant view. I will definetly come back again. Thanks to tbe hosts

We loved our stay! The apartment is super well equipped, the view is amazing and location is also well connected. Tamara was also super kind and made sure that we could check in and out flexibly, which made our travels so much more convenient! Thank you again! Mieszkanie wspaniałe. Duże, przestronne z wielkim balkonem. Duży plus, że jest winda i co ważne bezpłatna! 😃Trochę mała co utrudniało wjazd z wózkiem dziecięcym, ale to nie wina gospodarzy, dałyśmy sobie radę. Naprawdę szczerze polecam podbyt u Sophie bo spędziłyśmy w nim cudowne 4 dni.

Beautiful interiors and very comfortable space. Only drawback is the noise from the traffic which makes use of balcony slightly marred. But the noise cannot be harmed with windows closed. Great hosts

We absolutely loved our week-long stay at this Tbilisi flat! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect—nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with a park next door and charming shops all around. A grocery store with all the essentials is right downstairs, making everything super convenient. The flat itself is incredible - stunning, modern, and comfortable. It has absolutely everything you need and offers breathtaking views. It was hard to say goodbye. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to be back!

Fiquei 1 mês e meio no apartamento da Ana. A estádia foi fantástica. O apartamento é novo, a comunicação com a Ana foi ótima. Ela me ajudou em vários momentos. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e cheio de amor. Fica pertinho do metrô, academia, mercados, restaurantes. Simplesmente sensacional. Obrigado, Ana.

Very great and amazing place especially for the fish time visitors near everywhere. The host was amazing whether with her attitude and quick response… Comfortable and luxury place worth every dollar you spend on it.

I stayed in this flat for a month and it felt very cute and cozy. We came to a clean house, had some toiletries available already and Misho made it easy for us to find the house. The flat has everything you need for a long stay and we didn't have any major issues. The flat doesn't have a microwave, unfortunately, but there were non-stick new pots & pans that made heating up the food hassle-free. I stayed in May and weather was either feezing or boiling hot, and the flat helped with both, it has central heating + AC and everything worked perfectly fine. Misho was always in touch and if I had any concerns, he replied within 5-10 min any time of the day. Overall, super happy with my first time using airbnb and choosing this apartment.

Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. Kapının şifre ile açılması güzel ancak içeriden kitleyebileceğimiz bir kilit yoktu, kapı şifresinin ev sahibi tarafından da bilinmemesi gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Kolaylık olması açısından yapılmış olabilir ancak güvenliği şüpheye düşüren bir durumdu bizim için. Ev çok temizdi ve merkeziydi, ihtiyaç olabilecek her şey mevcuttu. Ev sahibi hızlı dönüş yaptı ve oldukça memnun kaldık.

We had a great time staying at Eka's flat, which was very comfortable and above all in a great location from almost every viewpoint: cafes, restaurants, even for catching the bus to the airport. Eka was a responsive and helpful host. We can't wait for our next stay.

Wonderful stay! Great location with everything close by - cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores. McDonald's right downstairs. Lovely view and Irina was a responsive and helpful host. I stayed for 1.5 months and really enjoyed my time here.

He personally received us and followed up to ensure everything was perfect even before check-in. Konstantin was very flexible, respectful, and incredibly friendly. He engaged in pleasant conversation and gave us helpful tips on what to explore in the area. What truly stood out was his thoughtful gesture of inviting us to a traditional restaurant, which made our Eid celebration even more special. The apartment’s location is excellent—there’s plenty to see and do nearby. Parking was never an issue, as secure parking was available on site. We 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to create long-lasting memories with their family. Konstantin is a true super host!
