Willow Brook B&B is perfect for visiting the north and south coast, the Eden project is 7 miles away, Lost Gardens of Heligan 11 miles, and Lanhydrock 5 miles. Walking the Saint Way? We are half way along between Padstow and Fowey. The village of Lanivet is just 1/2 mile away where there is a superb pub the Lanivet Inn and chippy the Welcome Stranger. Both do great food.

No TV but guests are welcome to relax in our pretty gardens. Delicious English breakfast is includrd in the price, served using local ingredients, home-made bread and preserves, other menus catered for. The room has a cupboard with hanging space and shelves, small bedside table, lamp and radio and stool.

Clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, quiet double room with your own en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. Window looks over the peaceful and attractive back garden. Parking is in front of the house garage though not always guaranteed. Alternate parking on the main road before you get into the Close, which is a safe and quiet area. Light breakfast of cereal/toast included. We have a cat, so please check when booking if you are allergic or intolerant to cats.

Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.

We are a small friendly bed and breakfast in the centre of Dartmouth, right on the waterfront, with views of the river and sea. The River Room is a small en-suite double on the ground floor with a king sized bed. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until September and 2hrly during day, if there is a space available. Please see map in photos section for parking facilities.
