What a gem of a place! You'll find everything you need to have a fabulous time exploring 7 bays. Nigel was a great host, flexible check in, very responsive and helpful with information of things to do in the area. He even kindly offered to forward on a coat one of the children left behind (just when you think you've got everything!). The layout was great, pull out bed easy to navigate and tvs with DVD players were a good touch which kept the children entertained on rainy days. Overall would 100% recommend. 6 of us stayed (2 adults, 4 children) and we had a fantastic time. Parking was right outside the Chalet and easy to find. Furniture wise, the three table in different sizes was a great choice and sofa was nice and comfy and fit the gang on for a movie night. One recommendation would be to have a lamp in the living area to save putting on the big light but can see it would be tricky to place. What a beautiful place, so peaceful and the lodge was so cute. Ian met us on arrival and showed us around and told us all the info we needed, he also gave us freshly baked scones which was such a lovely touch. Just outside the lodge there was so much space for our daughter's to play and ride around on some bikes borrowed from the farm. The location was ideal and not too far from a town or a day on the beach. We will definitely be returning as we've had the most lovely holiday and actually feel we relaxed being in such a quiet, picturesque spot.

We had a really lovely stay at Alison’s Lodge. From the moment we walked in we felt at home, the place was spotless and immaculate, and the view stunning! The lodge kitchen was very well equipped, there were plenty of towels for the four of us, it was well heated and excellent for our needs. There was a big car park just past the Reception building, then we used a trolley provided to take our bags to the lodge. The only negative was that the WiFi didn’t work, so we used our data mostly, if we needed to access something on our phones. Other than that we can absolutely recommend this stay!

Linda was great to communicate with-very helpful. The internet is shared with the chalet next door. We had an initial problem which Linda sorted out but it didn’t always work as well as we would have liked. Apart from this everything was great -the chalet was well appointed with lots of extra cosy touches like throws for the beds. Great view also when the sky was clear.

Perfect week spent at the Chalet. Our first holiday as a family of 5, myself, my husband and our children who are 10, 8 and 9 months. The Chalet is clean, well equipped and worked perfectly as a base for us to explore the very local beaches and towns. The holiday park itself is also great, very child friendly, nice bar which serves brilliant value food with a perfectly located park for the kids, plus a little shop and laundrette. Communication from Simon was excellent, booking and check-in/ check-out were incredibly easy. We would 100% go back, thank you :)

We really enjoyed our holiday in Wren lodge. It was so peaceful, cosy, clean, well equipped and was our happy place for a week. We loved the swimming pool and would have used it loads more if the weather had been warmer. During our week we had a lovely 2 mile walk to the local village pub where we had a tasty meal. We drove out to Bude, which we loved for cute shops and crabbing on the harbour wall. We found Sandymouth beach for a fun beach day, with an amazing beach cafe. We would definitely recommend the lodge for a relaxing homely place to stay with great helpful hosts. Definitely value gor money. Well equipped kitchen and all lovely and clean. The large garden space around the lodge was sich a nice view and seeing cows in the field from the kitchen window was just delightful! A very happy holiday. Thank you to Valerie and Tony!

This little trip/holiday was absolutely perfect. The chalet is exactly what we needed, was comfortable, in a great location and had everything we needed. We had no issues with mobile coverage or 4G on our phones as others have stated. The property does have sea views (fair enough not beach views) but a short 1 minute walk and the view is absolutely stunning. Deborah was absolutely fantastic, so accommodating, super friendly and very easy to contact. Absolutely perfect for dogs with the little private area out the front as well as some lovely grass areas around the chalet and complex. The walk to the beach (around 15 mins) was also super easy and was actually a lovely walk! We would 100% recommend booking this and we will certainly be booking here again! Thanks so much for a fantastic long weekend.

Really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Chalet had everything we could have needed and more. Easy to access and very clear instructions on how to get to the property. Surrounding areas absolutely stunning and so peaceful and quiet. Cafe provided nice selection of food and drinks. Would recommend The Fisherman’s arms if you venture into Plymouth. Heather, as a host, was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us with our last minute booking.

All my family loved the experience we were overwhelmed by the beautiful sea views we simply enjoyed every moment of our holiday breathtaking views combined with very friendly and safe environment gives us really special and comfortable time to spend with our two toddlers age 4 and 6 , we will definitely recommend Maggie’s place to everyone who is looking for unforgettable views my son already missing the place 🙂 , we will definitely come back in future

Booked Driftwood for a 3 night stay to celebrate special birthday. It did not disappoint, we absolutely loved it wished we could have stayed longer. The view is beautiful and ever changing, so much interest. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Stunning trio of beaches. We had our elderly dog with us so swam twice a day on the main Bovisands beach which was was a lovely gentle 5 mins walk away. I should add that sea glass hunting on the beach immediately in front of the chalet was amazing! The chalet was warm, clean, really well equipped, lovely little kitchen, great shower, comfy bed and delightful lounge diner. Highly likely that we will be back. Thank you.

A lovely clean, comfortable caravan as described, lovely friendly and helpful hostess, a really easy stay with good WiFi that was needed for work. Not sure we used the correct entrance to the park as directions didn't quite make sense but not a big problem. Happy to recommend.

Rock hollow is a lovely little place to stay on Tregonhawk cliff and a lot easier to get to than some . A very well laid out chalet be it summer or winter . I think we may well go back next Xmas . walk the beach , light the log burner and look out to sea 😊 .

Subject: Fantastic Family Getaway at Chalet 56! We had a wonderful stay at Chalet 56 in Thomas Bovisand Park! The chalet was absolutely perfect for our little family of three. The location is brilliant, with easy access to the stunning Bovisand Beach. We spent hours exploring the coastline and our son especially loved playing in the sand. The park itself is peaceful and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The chalet itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a self-catering stay, including a functional kitchen and comfortable living space. We particularly appreciated the lovely sea views from the living room window . It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent. They were prompt, friendly, and provided all the necessary information. Overall, we had a fantastic and memorable holiday at Chalet 56. It's a great option for families looking for a relaxing seaside break in a beautiful location.

What a great location and fantastic chalet with all the amenities you could want. The view was picturesque and just as described and what we wanted. We didn't really explore the area as we were just so comfortable. Both Joanne and David are super-hosts and we are very jealous of what they have/created. Would highly recommend
