The Old Smithy, Idyllic hideaway on Dartmoor

The Old Smithy is set is a secluded valley on the river Tavy. It is a mile from the nearest road, down a private track through beautiful moorland and woodland. It's an ideal base for walking, cycling wild swimming and getting away from it all, a true nature lovers paradise! We live in a house on the same site so will be on hand for any advice or assistance. We are on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and an hour's drive from numerous beaches. The thriving town of Tavsitock is 7 miles away.

Toby's Place, Honicombe

Situated on the lovely Honicombe Manor Holiday Park in St Anns Chapel, Cornwall, Toby's Place can entertain up to six guests and two dogs across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for multiple families or groups of friends looking to experience the picturesque Cornish Tamar Valley. The Garden Studio at the Tithe Barn

The Garden Studio is situatied in the grounds of the Tithe Barn which dates from 1706. It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

The main living areas and bedrooms take full advantage of the magnificent views, framed like ever changing photographs by the French doors and windows. Outside there is a large, south facing, sandstone patio with plenty of room for dining, playing or just watching the sea activity.

Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.
