Monthly Rentals in River Horner

This is our second stay here - so finding it was easy and we knew what to expect. The apartment is nicely designed, not huge but certainly big enough with a completely separate bedroom from the living area. The area is beautiful. Porlock is a great little town with pubs, cafes, supermarkets and independent shops. Directly from the AirBnB you can walk to Dunkery Beacon; through Hawkcombe to the top of Porlock Hill; down to Porlock Weir etc.... We think a great walk is to catch the bus to Minehead and walk back along the coast path. We booked both apartments as two couples. Although Apple Store is a tad larger our friend who is very tall (6' 8") opted for Groom's Loft as the bathroom is a bit more spacious. Both apartments were good for getting the four of us (and two dogs) together to socialise. The weather wasn't great, rainy and starting to turn cold. The apartments were very warm and dry - not a hint of draughts or damp.

A great place to stay to explore beautiful Exmoor. The second time we have stayed there its clean, cosy and comfortable with fabulous views of the coast and access to great walks.

Lovely little find, perfect location for us, had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and pans too which was helpful. Quiet, peaceful part of town. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Fiona’s. Beautiful setting. Had everything we needed. Great enclosed garden for the dogs. Will definitely return.
