The village of Dockray overlooks Ullswater with walks from the door to Aira Force waterfall, Hellvellyn or The UIllswater Way. The C2C cycle track runs from up the road along the old roman road from Keswick to Penrith. Friendly pub with dinner & ales is 2 min walk down the road.

The cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Lake District and all it has to offer, from Horse Riding to Hiking, Boat Trips, Cycling and many more activities. The cottage has a private parking space, EV charger, shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just a 15 minute walk from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops and traditional pubs.
