Dani’s amazing penthouse was definitely special! It had the top quality furniture and linen & towels were super clean and smelt great. The floor heating was a little luxury for us! Views were beautiful from each window, close to town, within 10 minutes walking distance to everything! Just bear in mind that there are 3-4 flights of stairs to be taken with your luggage. We booked this accommodation with that knowledge. Dani has such a warm personality. She’s very proactive and accommodating.

Great apartment! Very easy to find and clear check in and check out details. It is a huge apartment so as a group you have loads of space. Our stay was great thanks to Charlotte! It was slightly noisy at some points in the night but it may have been because it was a bank holiday weekend. Didn’t bother us and was expected due to such a central location.

A beautiful place, easy to find and felt at home immediately. Very well appointed, bathrooms and kitchen spotless and very straightforward to use. Stunning views and peaceful surroundings, all made for a very pleasant stay.

We had an amazing weekend at Dave’s place, met with two friends to explore Bristol and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for that, so central and everywhere was walkable, so much to do! The space was huge, felt very luxurious and full of thoughtful touches, would recommend!

Fantastic apartment in an area with plenty of bars and cafes and lots pleasant walks along the waterways. Although in a busy area the apartment is quiet and totally relaxing with all your needs catered for. Would definitely recommend and would return to explore the area more, thankyou Nic & Emily regards David & Sarah Hammond

Very nice place. Location is good near the harbour, nice for a walk in the evening. Apartment was clean and the bed was really comfortable!

My wife Jan and I stayed at Mark and Helen's Apartment for a few days and found it very spacious and clean with separate living/kitchen/dining, bedroom and large shower /bathroom areas. All the necessary kitchen utensils were included as were toiletries and towels/flannels. Mark was available at all times should we need any help. We would definitely stay at this Apartment again.

This is a modern, comfortable house on a new development. It’s within easy walking distance of Offa’s Dyke, Wye Valley Greenway, nice restaurants and the local Tesco. Convenient regular bus service from town that we used to go to Tintern and walk back. The house is well equipped should you wish to cook and felt very welcoming. arrival is by keylock but contact from Jonathan was regular and friendly. I would highly recommend this house.

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

Jerry and Jacqui couldn’t have been more welcoming and we had a wonderful stay in their exceptional home. It is full of fascinating artifacts, brilliantly located and very comfortable. Many thanks indeed.

We had a lovely stay at Sharon's lodge. The lake grounds are beautiful and her home was immaculate and we felt immediately at home. We would definitely come back!

Couldn’t recommend this property more - absolutely gorgeous! We went as a group of girls and will definitely be returning but also would be perfect for those with families and will be looking to book to bring my little one. The property went above and beyond and had lots of extra details which made you feel immediately at home. Property even more beautiful in person, absolutely spotless and incredibly comfortable. Fantastic communication from Neil - friendly, proactive and informative. The location is absolutely stunning and plenty of parking. Look forward to returning, thank you for a fabulous stay.

We had a lovely Easter break in this house with our family (8 adults). The weather was perfect so we enjoyed playing tennis and paddle boarding on site and walked to the pub in the village.

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

Great location. Beautiful house equipped with everything you could need to make for a comfortable relaxing stay. Very quiet and peaceful and a very well maintained site. Lots of things to do for all ages and it’s a huge bonus having kayaks etc available for use on the lake - the whole family had so much fun. We would have loved to have stayed longer - so may be back! Came too stay for a few nights away with my friend and our 2 labradors. Absolutely lovely apartment and wonderfully clean throughout! The thought behind leaving doggy bowls, towels,treats and even a ball or 2 was lovely! Hosts were so friendly and helpful with local walks suggested for us and the pooches! We will be back and highly recommend as they have thought of everything you need for a little break away! Thank you for a lovely stay x

The flat, which is beautiful, well appointed and, I think, even nicer than the photographs, was in the perfect location. Close to the long stay carpark and the town centre. Lots of guide books and pamphlets available to be able to plan your visit as soon as you arrive.

Kelly’s home is beautifully designed, so comfortable and homely, high quality bedding, towels & smells unreal!! Kelly was super communicative and responsive, flexible re check in & check out time and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed on a wet & windy weekend and found the apartment really comfortable, however due to the weather we couldn’t explore as much as we would have liked and were disappointed that we couldn’t find a TV in the apartment to watch a film why we waited for the rain to clear, had the weather been nicer we probably wouldn’t have noticed that it was missing! Kelly’s apartment was so comfortable the only downside was the heating was very strong and made the place warm, especially in the night, and due to the nature of the apartment block we couldn’t open the bedroom window very much to get air circulated. However, I wouldn’t let that put you off staying at Kelly’s beautiful home.

Stuart's place was super convenient, very responsive host. The location is right on the harbourside which I think is the best part of Bristol. Really thoughtful to leave a couple of treats in the kitchen for us. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended! Thanks again!

Wonderful stay, 15 min walk from town along the canal. Chris was very helpful and kind. A cosy little cotswolds getaway!

So good we extended our stay. Very central for bus stops, shops, cafes and restaurants. Very pretty location near river and park. Other neighbours really nice. Quiet area. Came with own private car parking space - a big bonus. Well equipped kitchen. The flat had everything you need. Ben was very helpful and was always there if needed. Responded quickly to any questions. Washing machine was another bonus as many other places did not have this. Close to train station. Comfy sofa and chairs and bed. Overall felt homely. A fabulous one bedroom apartment. Would definitely recommend.

We had a glorious weekend at Emma's flat. Very well equipped and every last detail was thought of. Brilliantly situated for getting around Bath, with nothing being no more than 10-15 minutes walk from the flat. Very comfortable and warm, for which we were most grateful for over a rather chilly weekend. We brought Tolly, our shitzu along too and he was very well catered for too.

This is the best Air B&B I have ever stayed in. It is immaculate, beautiful, spacious, peaceful, warm and welcoming - I want Beckie to come and make my house as beautiful as this! The house has everything you could need and more and it all feels like you're the first person to ever stay there - I don't know how Beckie does it! Beckie provided all the information we needed, responded promptly to questions (about the local restaurants, no need to ask anything about the house as everything you need is provided in advance) and has been the perfect hostess. The area is peaceful but has enough local shops and bars/restaurants either for a short break or a base to explore the wider area. Parking is on-street but we always got a spot outside the house. I would not book anywhere else locally and would not hesitate to come back to this or another of Beckie's properties.
