Really lovely property just as described. Right by the marina but really peaceful. Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean and beautifully presented. We were visiting family in the local area so we were not in the property much but it was very accessible. Thank you we had a good time.

We had to stay near Southmead Hospital due to a family member’s operation. Abbie’s place was perfect as only a 2mins walk to the hospital , bus stop near by and 30mins walk to Filton Abbey Wood station. The bnb itself was perfect, has everything you need to stay there as a base. Having a parking space on their drive was also a bonus. Abbie was very quick to respond and checkin / check out was very simple. Highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was in a great location. The rooms were spacious and furniture is nice, great to have a sunny back garden. The accommodation over looks the river and there’s lots of restaurants and bars along the waterside so can be a little noisy but doesn’t impact negatively on the whole experience.

Zahid is an amazing host firstly. Clear instructions, phones to make sure we're well, and was wonderfully accommodating to make sure the stay was top-notch. This is a lovely cosy studio above a fantastic pub. It has the added bonus of being self catering, even though the food in the attached pub is also delicious. The flat is very modern and clean but also incorporates the historic features. The staff were excellent. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautifully decorated flat right in the centre. Friendly and responsive hosts. Very comfy beds and we were grateful for the snacks, drinks and milk provided - a nice touch! Also the showers had everything we needed which is always handy. Perfectly situated by the river and in the centre. There are pubs with extensive outdoor seating right below the flat - it’s noisy but it didn’t bother us until later at night but the hosts provided ear plugs and a white noise machine. Would definitely stay here again!

We cooked everyday in the beautiful kitchen which you can see the lovely garden while cooking. It’s our relaxing time and staying in a peaceful surroundings. Great location and the mini kitchen had everything you needed for your stay, short or long. Right in the heart of the town, and very clean property!

Great place and location. All as described and shown on the listing. The communication was really fast and helpful, and organising things like late check outs etc were easy.

Lovely location for my fiancee's birthday, the apartment was roomy and we had a great view by the lakeside from our decking - very idyllic and relaxing, would have happily spent a few more days here. We went on a good walk, ate at the Boathouse (great food, recommend the sea bass) and kayaking the next day. The De Vere laid on lots of lovely touches such as a birthday message and chocolates and then a really nice "Happy Birthday" dessert to follow as a surprise at the Boathouse, very much appreciated! We will definitely be back again, thank you.
