Cosy railway carriage for two!

Our railway carriage is a renovated 1930's goods wagon with rustic charm; tucked away in the Wiltshire countryside with easy access to Bath. It has an exclusive driveway and parking spot at the end of our two acre garden. You will approach the carriage through a short woodland walk which is lit at night. Accommodation consists of a sleeping pod with a standard double bed and ample storage; central living area with small leather sofa, log burner and kitchen pod with a seperate shower room.

A single story self contained annex, attached to the owners property., located close to Yate, Chipping Sodbury and Pucklechurch and half way between Bristol and Bath, making it a suitable base for both holiday and business accommodation, there is easy access to both M4 and M5 motorways, A46 Bath – Stroud , Bristol ring road, Emerson’s Green Science Park, and for keen cyclists is a stone’s throw from the Bristol-Bath cycle track.

The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP

A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.
