A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Great accommodation in a typical Italian village. Quiet with fantastic views. Pizzeria 50 meters away. Centrally located between mountains and sea.

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

Accommodation as pictured, everything is tidy and clean. Quiet and green area, beach reachable on foot with a walk of about 15 min. Andrea was very kind and always ready.

I had a really good time in Gabriele's spacious and clean apartment. The house is as pictured. Everything you need for a quiet holiday. The comfortable bed for a restful sleep. The terrace is beautiful, although I used it little because it rained. I really enjoyed the reserved parking space.☺️ The sea is within walking distance 😻 Gabriele was always there with messages and was able to respond quickly to my questions. He's a great host. I'll be happy to come back. I recommend it with all my heart.

The apartment is just the right size has everything you need. Not having AC is no problem as it has fans and an outdoor patio that is shaded most of the day. There are insect screens on the windows so we could have the windows open overnight. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The shower is a bit dimmed to use, but to take a normal shower. The sea is very close as well as many restaurants, shop and bakery. The city center is 10 minutes away by bus that goes very often. Overall we had a great time.

Nicole was a very welcoming and patient host (due to traffic, unfortunately, we arrived a couple of hours late compared to the agreed time). The house is very nice and well-kept: a spacious bedroom with a wardrobe, an additional very large six-door wardrobe in the hallway, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, 2 well-lit balconies, a bathroom with a washing machine and a floor shower in the center of the room delimited by curtains. The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the Gelso park and close to the sea (walkable in 5-10 minutes). It is well served and with free parking nearby. Ideal for families. Highly recommended.

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

The stay at Mario's place was very comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the fact that there was the possibility of a really flexible check-in and check-out and also the excellent communication. Really recommended apartment in a beautiful area for mountain walks.

Good apartment to explore Rimini and surrounding areas for a few days. I didn't miss anything in the apartment. Great location right on the beach, bus stop (to the train station to the city center) also nearby. The possibility to rent bicycles is particularly good.

4 days of true peace, finding this apartment was a real luck, the owners were very kind and always available ,in the house there was everything you need, impeccable cleanliness, great location also to get around on foot. To be done again 1000 times. Thank you!

Our stay at Andrea’s place was very comfortable. His place was clean and welcoming. He was very responsive whenever we needed him. The amenities were very useful during our stay. I was able to make breakfast each day before our morning walks to the cafe & to the local shops. It was steps away from the beach & also from where my son stays, whom we came to Pesaro to visit. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. Go Pesaro! 🏀

Luca is very nice and responded quickly to our messages. Check-in was also totally straightforward. Luca's apartment is very spacious and there are plenty of closets. The kitchen is well equipped - a few sharper knives would be good, otherwise we hardly missed anything. The beds are comfortable, the decor modern. It is also nice that there is a private parking space and a small balcony. The sea is about 10 minutes' walk away, which was also easy with our children. We felt very comfortable!

We stayed a few days in Yuri's apartment and we had a great time, it was just a shame to have to leave! The house is suitable for three people, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom clean and equipped with spare linens. There is no air conditioning but you did not miss it, despite the heat of August. Access to the free beach is very convenient and in front of the house. Yuri was super helpful right away and gave us a lot of tips on beaches, places to visit, and directions to neighboring activities. He also left us two bicycles, very useful for small trips! I also really appreciated the tip on tuna tartare (special!) they do in the restaurant that is right next to the house! We hope to be back next year!

There were several sets that weren't expected, so it was a pleasant disappointment (body soap, soap, coffee, tea, water, etc.). We were greeted by a modern and clean room. The only downside was the single blanket (we're not used to it), but that was no problem. The wifi was decent so we were able to work. We always found a parking spot in front of the place, so it was also convenient. Laundry facility is an extra point.
