La casa di Massimo è un tuffo nel passato, pulitissima, silenziosa, fresca, ampia e perfetta per staccare la mente dalla routine! Massimo e la sua famiglia poi sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità mai vista da un host. Tutto veramente impeccabile, noi e il nostro Nerone non vediamo l'ora di tornare! 🐶

Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt! Die Lage ist großartig, um San Marino zu erkunden. Wir konnten abends noch einmal los und San Marino in den Abendstunden erkunden, wenn nichts mehr los war. Die Unterkunft selbst ist so schön, dass man möglichst viel Zeit dort verbringen möchte. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Huge thanks to Michelangelo and Grazia!They made Rimini trip very memorable. Apartment is truly a hidden gem, clean and spacious. Everything was just like in the pictures and even better. Apartment is located at the most beautiful location in Rimini, you can even see ponte di Tiberio through bedroom window. We were provided with restaurant recommendation which were great! Host was very responsive and extremely helpful.

Giacomo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile. L’alloggio è curato e centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da porto canale. È stata un’ottima esperienza, grazie!

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem tollen Haus von Mauro verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten ist super schön und dank des sicheren Zaunes ein Paradies für unsere beiden Hunde. Der Blick auf San Marino ist ein Traum und die große, überdachte Terrasse spendet herrlichen Schatten, wenn es mal heißer wurde. Mauro ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der trotz unserer mangelnden Italienischkenntnisse sofort auf Wünsche reagierte. Besser geht es nicht. Sein super netter Hund Alba war ein von uns und unseren Hunden ein sehr gern gesehener Zaungast. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hier Urlaub machen.

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s property! He was very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The drive up is a bit mountainous, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view absolutely priceless! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely package of local goodies, including homemade honey and olive oil, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

Alloggio in zona pedonale, comunque grazie alle indicazioni dell'host Elisa, abbiamo scaricato i bagagli proprio dietro casa e la fortuna vuole che c'era un parcheggio libero dove ho lasciato l'auto per tutto il soggiorno ma altrimenti c'è un grande parcheggio poco lontano. L'appartamento si trova praticamente in spiaggia, giusto l'attraversamento della strada e di è subito dal bagnino (bagni Mario) anche qui ci siamo trovati molto bene. Quindi per me esperienza più che positiva. Grazie Elisa!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Alessandro and Claudia’s house is a very compact, lovely place in Riccione. It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk from the station. There are lots of eateries , cafes and bars nearby. The hosts were very nice and helpful. While the stay was very comfortable perhaps some small conveniences could be added. For example, the kitchen did not have anything apart from salt and pepper (oil, basic spices, tissues and a pair of scissors would be a good add on). There was no hand soap (although small soap bottles are provided in each bathroom). There is a washer / dryer for convenience but the dryer does take a long time. If you were to ignore these small things, this is a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Riccione and the Emilia-Romagna region. There is a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night. We forgot to leave it on the table and they were gracious enough to remind us and accept our money transfer. Lovely stay indeed !

Es war alles super und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Umgebung mit Strand und Gastronomie wirklich stimmig. Gerne wieder.

Appartamento spazioso, confortevole e comodo per una vacanza a Rimini. Lungomare a pochi metri di distanza e diverse proposte di ristoranti e bar lungo la via principale adiacente all’appartamento. Plus importante il posto auto personale. Manuela è stata una ottima host, gentile e disponibile a dare consigli sui ristoranti e i bagni dell’area. Abbiamo seguito molti dei suoi suggerimenti e non ci siamo pentiti!

Siamo stati 2 notti nel suo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Tutte le informazioni circa il check-in e il parcheggio ci sono state fornite in tempi rapidi e Nicola è sempre stato a disposizione anche quando sono tornato per recuperare alcuni effetti personali dimenticati. Alloggio super consigliato

Ruben est un excellent hôte, très gentil, réactif et convivial. Il a sur répondre à nos questions rapidement et nous a offert un accueil de qualité. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description, facile d’accès et dans un quartier très calme. Il est également proche de la mer, de transport en commun ou de commerce pour faire les courses. Je recommande vivement le logement de Ruben.

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Unser Aufenthalt in Teodorano war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist super schön, gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Antonella, unsere Gastgeberin, war total herzlich und hat uns mit ihrer offenen Art direkt willkommen fühlen lassen. Auch ihr Mann war super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem unterstützt – beide sind einfach wunderbare Menschen. Und das Beste: Antonella ist eine fantastische Köchin! Als Überraschung hat sie uns sogar noch etwas Leckeres für die Weiterfahrt mitgegeben – so eine liebe Geste! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Se alojó mi mamá con un grupo de amigos! Quedaron maravillados con el lugar y la atención! Sin dudas volverían! Muy recomendable!

Stefano è stato gentilissimo e veramente disponibile. Appena arrivate ci ha spiegato tutto con molta cura, dai posti in cui potevamo andare (ristoranti, bar, spiagge) vicino all’appartamento a cose più pratiche (come usare l’Apple TV o le casse). Inoltre ci ha lasciato carta ed acqua fuori dalla porta appena entrate. Veramente super disponibile e risposte velocissime. Appartamento stupendo e posizione top anche in rapporto al prezzo. Se torneremo a Rimini cercheremo sicuramente questo appartamento!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell' appartamento di Franca e Roberto, pulitissimo e ordinato con tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Posto auto privato e posizione comoda a due passi dal mare. Consigliato.

La casa è perfetta per un soggiorno a Rimini. Si trova in pieno centro, comoda per visitare la città a piedi e vicina anche al mare. L’appartamento è pulito, curato e ben arredato, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Il host è stato gentile e disponibile. Consiglio questa casa a chi cerca comfort, posizione centrale e un’accoglienza calorosa.
