Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

This is a clear example of when 5 stars are not enough, the villa is simply beautiful, perfectly maintained and furnished, nothing is missing.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

The property and the residential building are in a very quiet and relaxed location - perfect for switching off. Everything worked smoothly, from booking to departure. The contact with Paolo was straightforward, friendly and always helpful. Everything is easily accessible by car - shopping, restaurants and attractions are quick to reach. Clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally received, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect to unwind. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge fenced garden where our dog could jump around – a real dog paradise! The hostess was very warm and even put a few small things in the fridge for us – a nice gesture! The kitchen equipment was great, it really had everything you need. A highlight was also the chickens – fresh eggs for breakfast directly from the garden once they have laid some. The view is fantastic, there is plenty to do in the area, and good restaurants are also not far away. We would definitely go back and can only recommend it.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

Everything is perfect. Absolutely quality apartment in everything, with that extra something... The great attention to detail and the attention of the owners made our stay really pleasant. It will be a pleasure to be able to return, thanks to Marco and Eleonora.

Not only does Giovanna's accommodation satisfy for its excellent and particular location (right under a Romanesque bridge, a stone's throw from the square, restaurants and the river), but the welcome is something unique. No one in an Airbnb had ever made us find a homemade cake for breakfast (and with what skill from Giovanna's mother) and had taken so much care of the well-being of our dog as well as ours. Mercatello sul Metauro is a small gem and this house completes the picture. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay in Riccione. It’s a beautiful town with friendly people, great shopping and fantastic Italian food (as always!) The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home-from-home. It’s a great location for walking to the beach or into the town for evenings at the local bars and restaurants. Leda is a wonderful host, very helpful, sharing local knowledge and helping us secure a transfer back to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again!

Adalberto is very precise and very clear in the instructions, realistic photos, very clear, check-in and check-out are very simple and fast. We opted for the paid indoor parking... less than 5 minutes from the house. Loft in the center, 30 seconds from the main square. The stay in general was very nice, repeatable and recommended. In conclusion, I would say that Adalberto was perfect, very proactive when I wrote to him, he always responded within a few minutes.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s property. We were visiting the area for the WSBK Championship at Misano World Circuit, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short 15-minute drive to the circuit and only 30 minutes from Rimini Airport. The property itself was outstanding: immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It provided the perfect base for our 2-night stay. The surrounding area was equally impressive. Gradara, with its charming restaurants, is only 5 minutes away, and in the opposite direction, Tavullia—the hometown of Valentino Rossi—is also just 5 minutes by car, making it a must-visit for any motorcycle enthusiast. Fabrizio was a gracious and helpful host, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I can’t speak highly enough of this property and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay in this beautiful part of Italy.

We were a group of 11 people and we found the perfect space for our stay. The house is located in a lovely location, with a breathtaking view that left us speechless. Every morning we woke up to a spectacular view, perfect for starting the day with energy. The pool was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay: well-equipped and clean, it offered us moments of relaxation and fun, allowing us to cool off and enjoy the sun in total peace of mind. The interior spaces were welcoming and well organized, ideal for our moments of conviviality. Although we were in a large group, we always felt comfortable. In short, it was an unforgettable experience and we can't wait to return to this corner of paradise. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend a weekend of relaxation and fun!

What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila a sweet and affectionate dog came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and everything you need. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely go back.

This place was just beautiful! Upon arrival, we were incredibly warmly welcomed – the hosts are not only friendly, but really warm and helpful. You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. The location is beautiful – quiet, close to nature and ideal for relaxing. If you are looking for relaxation in an idyllic setting, this is the place to be. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a special accommodation with that certain something!

Short stay in Cesena in Sara's apartment, she is a very courteous, attentive and helpful host; upon arrival we even found a welcome cake that we ate for breakfast! Very good😋, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean, and in the surrounding area there are many parking lots available, I recommend it and if I have the chance I will gladly return

Beautiful stay in a beautiful country home. My college aged daughter got a 5 week internship at an operhouse in Novafeltria (25 minutes from the property), and we planned a family vacation for after job ended. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The grounds were so peaceful, and the pool was perfect in the evenings after a day's worth of activities. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was very well outfitted, and Carlotta even included a few breakfast items and a cake. Beds and linens were super comfortable, and the AC in each bedroom was effective and welcome. Ravenna is about an hour away, and the beach in Rimini is just a half hour from the house as well. We rented a car in Bologna and drove in to this property, and it was very easy to get around and to the beaches and towns. Thank you Carlotta, for sharing such a beautiful place.

The host was very kind, helpful , helpful in everything we asked and what was difficult for us, for example, refueling vehicles without service :-) It is worth hosting with such a Host, thank you and kind regards :-)

We were 6 people in the house and had a fantastic time. Communication with DH Villas was smooth, check-in super relaxed. The location of the villa and the view from the garden/terrace was beautiful. We will be happy to come back.
