Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Apartment in sunny Cornaiano

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

Vacation home Gann - Greit

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.

Erbacher - Gabis Edel Suite

City vacation in the middle of vineyards at the Erbacherhof in Bolzano. The cozy, bright apartment "Gabis Edel Suite" (68.90 m² + 50.70 m² terrace) is located on the ground floor, has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a private Finnish sauna, a terrace, toilet, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Linens, towels and hand towels are also provided.

Lavender Lanznasterhof

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Light-flooded apartment with wonderful views of the Schlern, Rosengarten and Latemar, the Dolomites Unesco World Heritage Site. On the first floor is a well-equipped kitchen-living room with sofa bed, on the 2nd floor is a bedroom with a double bed made of Swiss pine wood and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, toilet and bidet. It has its own terrace with a meadow.

Palais Rienz - City Apartment (54 m²)

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach.
