Our farm is located at 1175 m above sea level, a 15-minute walk above the South Tyrolean sun village of Lajen. Meadows and forest surround our house. You can consciously experience nature again, listen to the birdsong and breathe the clean air. Species-appropriate cattle farming distinguishes our organic farm. Summer - Exercise in nature • Relax in the greenery around the house • Hike in the adjacent forest and listen to the birdsong • Hike on the cozy dirt road to the Antonius Cross, breathe in fresh air and enjoy the panoramic view of the Eisacktal (5 min.) • Hike on the historic Poststeig from Klausen to the Val Gardena and experience the colorful autumn colors • Hike to the Lajen local mountain Raschötz (2100 m) and marvel at the beauty of the Dolomites (3 hours) • Reach the cable car to the unique Alpe di Siusi in just 20 minutes by car Winter - the magic of nature • Experience the forest in new snow • Marvel at the snowy landscape • Watch deer and track their tracks • Tobogganing and ice skating • In just 15 minutes by car, the famous Dolomiti super ski area in Val Gardena (Sella Ronda, Saslong downhill slope). In the sun-drenched village of Lajen, the cradle of the Minnesänger Walther von der Vogelweide and only 500 m from our farm you will find 2 churches, 3 inns, a pizzeria, 2 grocery stores, 1 bakery, 1 butcher, 1 pharmacy, 1 bank, a sports field and a multipurpose field. Public transport (bus) can also be reached 500 m away from our farm. Furthermore, 2 taxi companies are also active in the village. The form of management and the rural ambience make our accommodation unique. Combining tradition and technology is a big challenge. We strive to manage the farm sustainably, which is only organic. We have our own water source with a very good analysis which is additionally rounded off with Grander water revitalization. We generate all the electricity through a photovoltaic system and achieve a CO₂ saving of approx. 13,000 kg annually.

Very large apartment immersed in the tranquility of the mountain, very clean and new, cared for in every detail. From the rooms it was possible to have a panoramic view of Bolzano. Located between Bolzano and San Genesio, in 10 minutes you can reach the main hubs to reach the most attractive areas, Martine was very helpful and gave us directions on the surroundings and what to visit, she told us where to shop for really typical products and was attentive to every need. Highly recommended

The house is such a beautiful design, it is more lovely then the photos show. The property and surrounding region is beautiful. The breakfast basket delivered to our door was fresh and made on site. Our host shared a local Ultental Valley activity card with lots of free passes to tourist activities in the valley. We took the cable car to the hiking trails at the mountain top. We decided to buy groceries in the valley and eat dinner outside while enjoying the beautiful view. The grocery store in town has everything you need, local wine, chocolate, meats and cheese, etc. Everything was perfect. I hope one day we can make it back to visit again. We were visiting from the United States.

Beautiful farm stay in a modern, well equipped home run by a very welcoming family. We had the most breathtaking view of the village out of the balcony, there was plenty of parking space and our dog really enjoyed running through the plains. Our only regret is staying there for such a short time, it's definitely worth a longer stay - so many fantastic hikes and climbs all around, the nearby villages are also worth a visit.

The apartment was just what we expected from the booking ad. The owners are extremely friendly. We really appreciated the option of being able to order fresh local products for breakfast! The only small flaw is the fact that the apartment is in a somewhat rural area, you always need to get around by car. From up there, however, you can enjoy a wonderful view and a lot of peace!

We were in the apartment with our little daughter and thought it was really nice. The highlight is definitely the large south-west balcony with great panoramic views. Great also for children that there are animals there (super nice dog, horses, cats, chickens,...) You can walk directly from the property for hiking and walking. A small supermarket with all the basics within walking distance. Achja and Evelyn is super warm🤗

We had a wonderful stay. The location of the house and views are absolutely stunning, and the house itself is lovely. We went in the winter and therefore did not get to enjoy the tennis court, but it looked great. Federica is also a kind and thoughtful host. Highly recommended.

Our visit met all our expectations and Eva's service and flexibility as a hostess exceeded expectations. The place is very high quality and lovely. It is very quiet and idyllic, but also a bit remote and for shopping and for any activities you have to use the car, but there is a good bread service. There is a very tasty inn in the village and beautiful (steep) hikes from the property. The Wi-Fi connection was sufficient but not very powerful. All around we had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back.

Hannes and his family welcomed and hosted us warmly. They were very friendly, always responsive and helpful. For breakfast, you could order fresh milk, eggs directly from the farm and rolls. Our Labrador felt "right at home" and was also warmly welcomed. Day trips (Brixen and Neustift Monastery highly recommended), hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking - everything is possible.... The view from the balcony into the magnificent mountain landscape and the incredible starry sky was fantastic - we will be back!
