Charming cabin surrounded by sunshine &tall trees

Superb cabin close to the sea surrounded by tall trees and sunshine all day. The cabin has a balcony and a spacious roof terrace for dining and relaxing. It is located in an area with nice spots to sun bathe and swim as well as lakes to explore with kayaks or canoe. Nearby there is also a hotel with a bar/restaurant , swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis courts etc. Short way to Risør city by the charming ferry located nearby, or boat which can be rented by a local boat rental company.

This classic Norwegian seaside cottage is nestled in a sheltered spot in Portør; a small peninsula outside Kragerø, within the Jomfruland National Park. Unspoilt and rugged, the area is perfect for a lazy summer and/or an activity break. There is a terrace with sea views. Swimming opportunities are only 50 metres away. It is furnished pleasantly in light colours and is perfect for a trip to the seaside. The standard is simple; in places a bit tired and shabby, but it is clean and comfortable.

Enkel og nyoppusset hytte med ute dusj og god gammeldags to-seter utedo. Stor terrasse hvor man kan nyte frokost i solen eller en drink på terrassen om kvelden, et godt sted å slappe av. 1 dobbel seng og 1 enkel seng. Kun bad ute. Muligheter for leie av kano, sup-brett, kajakk eller guidet cruise i skjærgården i og rundt Risør.

Nytt feriehus på Søndeled! Flott beliggenhet i et rolig boligfelt med hyggelige naboer og utsikt over Søndeled fjorden. Vi har stor uteplass med flere sittegrupper rundt huset og grill tilgjengelig. Uendelig med turområder i vakker sørlands natur rett utenfor døren. Koselig lokalsamfunn med nærbutikker i 10 minutters gange fra huset. Et perfekt feriehus i hjertet av Sørlandet. strøm er ikke inkludert og vil bli belastet separat Bassenget er tilgjengelig fra 1. mai til 1. oktober

Koselig hytte i Risør

Slapp av på hytte i Søndeled, Risør. Her kan du velge om du vil bade i sjø, i ferskvann eller svømmebasseng. Hytta ligger på Øysang, hvor det er et feriesenter med basseng, restaurant og tennisbane. Noen minutters gange til bryggen i Hødnebøkilen. Her er det mulig å leie båt. Badeplass i Skarvann med badebrygge er også i gåavstand. Ellers går Øisangferga over til Risør sentrum (og tilbake) flere ganger daglig. Fint turterreng og kort kjøretur til svabergene på Stangnes og Portør.

Koselig hytte i Risør, rett ved sjøen!

Hytte ved Sandnesfjorden i Risør. Det er 2 soverom i hytta med dobbeltseng i det ene rommet og to enkeltsenger i det andre. I tillegg er det en enkeltseng i sovealkove på kjøkkenet, samt sovesofa i stua. Båtplass tilgjengelig. Innlagt strøm og vann. Utedusj med varmt og kaldt vann. Kort vei til Risør og Tvedestrand. Fine tur - og badeplasser i nærheten. Hytta er på samme område som vi også har hytte på, så hensyn til hverandre må vises om vi er der samtidig.

Koselig båtbu i idylliske Tvedestrand. Båtbua ligger helt i sjøkanten, med tilgang til privat brygge, kajakker og hage/hagemøbler. Området er stille og rolig. Skikkelig Sørlandsidyll. Nærhet til, blant annet, Lyngør. Bua best egnet for 2 personer å oppholde seg i lengre perioder. Men det kan legges tilrette for spiseplass, sofa og sengeplass/sovesofa til 4 personer ved behov. Kajakker til 3 personer( 1 + 2) fra juni-oktober.

Holmesund is a beautiful, well kept settlement on the south coast of Norway. It is dotted with small islands and beautiful places for sunbathing, swimming, snorkling and fishing. The cottage is new, but mainly buildt by use of old materials. It has a lovely atmosphere and a big terrace with beatiful seaview. The cottage is located about 50m from the sea and has a private jetty. Note: The boat is now on land for the winter.
