The house offers 3 bedrooms spread over three floors. Dining area for 6 people both inside and outside. Bathroom on the 1st floor with bathtub/shower. Separate toilet with sink on the 2nd floor. Outdoor area with sun all day, garden and good porch with outdoor furniture. Free parking for two cars in front of the house. Quiet family-friendly neighborhood with 10 min walking distance to shop, gas station, gym, hiking area and city center. Bedroom 1; bed 140 cm. Bedroom 2; bed 180 cm. Bedroom 3; bed 120 cm. In the attic there is also a sofa bed of 120 cm.

Beds for 8 spread over 2 floors: 180cm+2x80 cm on the 3rd floor and 150cm+2x80 cm on the 1st floor, passage through two of the rooms. TV, but no internet and TV signals. Stairs. Suitable for family/group who like the good life.

Enjoy a longer stay with uninterrupted peace and quiet in our charming cottage that accommodates four people. A bedroom with two bunks and one with a double bed. Possible for one person to sleep in the bed above. Located on the waterfront by Lake Skarvann, we offer the perfect base for swimming, fishing, kayaking/boat trips and more. The cabin has a shed with an outdoor toilet, shower, sink and cold and hot water. Large patio with covered outdoor kitchen. Great sun conditions. Experience complete relaxation without time impact and traffic noise.

Camping cabin in Risør

Caravan with a tent at Sørlandet holiday centre in Risør. 7 sleeping places, 2 double beds, 3 single beds (suitable for children) We have duvets and pillows, but no bed linen. The place has a beach, swimming pool area, shop, mini golf, playground, soccer field, volleyball court, and boat rental. Short trip to Risør city center. Lots of fun to do nearby. The toilet in the RV is not to be used. Nice bathroom facilities and a pool area right behind the trailer. Towels and bed linen must be brought. Clean up before leaving is done by the guests

Idyllic small farm, miller's house from the 1800s

Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

This classic Norwegian seaside cottage is nestled in a sheltered spot in Portør; a small peninsula outside Kragerø, within the Jomfruland National Park. Unspoilt and rugged, the area is perfect for a lazy summer and/or an activity break. There is a terrace with sea views. Swimming opportunities are only 50 metres away. It is furnished pleasantly in light colours and is perfect for a trip to the seaside. The standard is simple; in places a bit tired and shabby, but it is clean and comfortable.

Central location with short walking distance to the city's shops and restaurants, and with nice hiking terrain, small beach and playground just meters away. Patio with garden furniture and parking.

Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores and a free outdoor water park. 4 min to a convenience store.

Holiday fun at the lakefront Båtbu1960

Beautiful summer place by the water - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boathouse was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could spend the night. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat storage in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from the kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun all day!

Skarvann Camp - Gapahuk

Idyllic small cottage near the waterfront. Simple standard with double bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close with. Outside area with fire pan, table and bench. The cabin has windows in the roof so that you can lie and watch the starry sky. Here you wake up to a fantastic view of the sunrise over Skarvann. Firewood is not included with the fire pan, it is possible to buy it here if you want.
