Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with Svaberg, fishing opportunities and swimming beach. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Beds for 8 spread over 2 floors: 180cm+2x80 cm on the 3rd floor and 150cm+2x80 cm on the 1st floor, passage through two of the rooms. TV, but no internet and TV signals. Stairs. Suitable for family/group who like the good life.

Cozy mini house in Risør

Cozy mini-house of 32 square meters in beautiful Risør. The house has a kitchen with dining table, bathroom and a small living room. On the loft there is a double mattress. We recommend stays for 1–2 people. You have a view of both the sea and the forest, and the surrounding area has many nice hiking trails. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the beaches at Randvik. The mini house is quite close to the main house (see picture), but has a private part of the garden with a fire pan that can be used if desired. 20 minutes to walk to the city center.

Beautiful summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3 hours drive from Oslo and 15 min. to Tvedestrand city with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally it is a boatyard, but we have turned it into a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on a sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty that is deep enough for sailboats. You can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away.
