It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. Central location with short walking distance to the city's shops and restaurants, and with nice hiking terrain, small beach and playground just meters away. Patio with garden furniture and parking.

Skarvann Camp - Gapahuk

Idyllic small cottage near the waterfront. Simple standard with double bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close with. Outside area with fire pan, table and bench. The cabin has windows in the roof so that you can lie and watch the starry sky. Here you wake up to a fantastic view of the sunrise over Skarvann. Firewood is not included with the fire pan, it is possible to buy it here if you want.

Good hiking areas nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
