Archipelago idyll and cabin cozy in one.

Cozy and peaceful cottage with large grounds. Grassplen, shoreline, possibility of boat, fireplace, fishing, forest, trails, porch with view. Lots of great hiking opportunities in nature and to all the southern villages along the coastal strip. Simple cabin, yet fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking and enjoying yourself. Here you can play, grill, read, swim. Private sleeping area for those who want a room a little to themselves, large outdoor shower, double outdoor toilet, electricity and hot water. Here you can enjoy the cabin life in peace and quiet with forest, hello and sea!

Great studio apartment. Right in the center of Risør

This is a great apartment (about 60 sqm) in the middle of Risør city center. Lovely house from the 1860s. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Quiet and quiet with no street noise or noise from neighbors Two bedrooms (one goes through a bedroom to get to the next bedroom). A total of two single beds and a small double bed. The apartment does not have a balcony or its own private patio. However, there are several cafes and “all city amenities” just outside the front door. Recently refurbished with a new kitchen and the bathroom.

A spacious terrace is visible, framed by a low hedge and featuring a black outdoor grill under an umbrella. The exterior of the house is painted white, with a peaked roof and clear blue sky in the background, enhancing the serene setting.

The house is located in quiet surroundings with a great view of the sea. Sunny location with several patios around the house. Outdoor fireplace for evening sun. Kitchen has a large cold room, built-in coffee machine. Patio with double doors straight out from the kitchen. Child-friendly. Fast fiber network. Varmepumpe med aircondition. Pass fint for 2 familiar. Cutting jaw jeep with 50 hp outboard engine can be rented on request. Located in the marina on Gjeving. See photos in the photo gallery.

Waterfront cabin with wood-fired hot tub

The cottage is located on the main land but the fastest is by boat (35 min walk). A 14 foot plastic boat with 20 hp is included in the price. Free parking at the dock in Sivik. About 15-20 minutes by boat into Risør center. Nice to fish, pick mussels, surf, swim and dive right outside the cabin door! Diving bottles can be refilled on the jetty in Risør every day at 17. If you want to use a car to shop it is 10-15 minutes into Brokelandsheia from the parking lot on the jetty.

Holmesund

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Large and spacious lavo, with benches and tables inside. On the flat outside there are seating groups and a fire pit. PS: There is no firewood provided. There is access to gas grill as well. There are some mattresses available inside the lavo. It is also possible to rent a hot tub. Then the hot tub will be fired up and you'll get wood to continue firing. This must be arranged upon booking. Price and availability upon request

Hammerlia 41 is in a great location with a view to the sea at Nesodden Brygge at the heart of Sørfjorden in idyllic Risør. Two sandy beaches nearby and bathing jetty (200m.) Hiking terrain and short road to Risør city centre (10 min w/car) Motorboat (14-16ft/9.9-60hp ) can be rented. The cabin is now upgraded (May 2025) with two super comfortable continental double beds (180x200) Three of the other beds will also be upgraded.

Holmesund is a beautiful, well kept settlement on the south coast of Norway. It is dotted with small islands and beautiful places for sunbathing, swimming, snorkling and fishing. The cottage is new, but mainly buildt by use of old materials. It has a lovely atmosphere and a big terrace with beatiful seaview. The cottage is located about 50m from the sea and has a private jetty. Note: The boat is now on land for the winter.

«Knatten» is a lovely secluded traditional summer house on an island near the picturesque town of Risør on Norway's south-east coast. It sleeps 8 people (10 if you count a fold out sofa bed in the living room). Boat w/motor and some fishing equipment is available for guests. The cottage has excellent outdoor areas, including a veranda, a dock with diving board and nature.
