The apartment is very centrally located. Short distance to the bus and city center with shops and restaurants. Swimming area and hiking trails right next to the apartment. Idyllic small farm, miller's house from the 1800s

It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. The apartment is located above a garage at the back of a residential building. It takes less than five minutes to walk down to the great beach and jetty. Hiking opportunities, restaurants, shops and activities are within a short distance. Størdal farm is a short walk away. Here you can enjoy locally produced food in a rural atmosphere. Regular taxi boats go to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich selection of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.

Raft - Camp Skarvann

Enjoy the sound of nature when you stay in this unique place. Idyllic small houseboat located on Lake Skarvann. It is a simple standard with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close. Small kitchenette, table and chairs on the patio outside and a fire pan. Important to note that this is a wilderness camp, we do not have water and electricity. There is a toilet available in the area. Duvet/pillow/sleeping bag must be brought by yourself.

Fully furnished with modern kitchen and bathroom, bedroom with 2 beds/double bed and sofa bed (140 cm wide) in the living room. You have to pass the bedroom to go into the bathroom. Central location with short walking distance to the city's shops and restaurants, and with nice hiking terrain, small beach and playground just meters away. Patio with garden furniture and parking.

Cozy cabin in Risør

Relax at the cabin in Søndeled, Risør. From here, you can walk down to the swimming area at Skarvann, to the boat dock by the lake, or into the woods. The cabin is located on Øysang, right next to the Jegertunet vacation center, where you can use the swimming pool and tennis courts for a fee. From the cabin, it is about a 10-minute walk to the jetty, where the Øysang ferry goes to Risør city center. It's also not just a short drive to the Svabergene hills at Stangnes and Portør.

Great newer cabin (completed 2022) on Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views of the lake. The cabin is located in a new and family-friendly cabin area about 10 minutes by car or boat from Risør city center. There is a road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the plot. Good hiking areas nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.

Brand new apartment of high standard with stunning views of the entrance to Risør. Located close to the city center and the lake, as well as a very short distance to a great hiking and training terrain in Urheia. The pool of 10 x 4 meters, holds 30 degrees from May to October. HAMMERLIA 36 is a modern cabin that holds a full-year standard and is located about 100 meters from the sea. The cottage area has its own sandy beach with a barbeque area and a children's playground. A great place to relax or to participate in activities and experiences. In the middle of summer, the sun is up until 21.30 o'clock.
