Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cabin with a double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Inlet electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand, about 15 min. by car. Nice hiking - and swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

Simple accommodation

​Simple and functional apartment in a quiet location. Here, you live centrally, with a short distance to everything: ​Risør city center: approx. 10-minute walk. ​Swimming areas and hiking trails: about a 10–15-minute walk. ​Sleeping accommodations: 3 regular beds with the possibility of one additional sleeping space on the sofa. ​ Amenities: The apartment has its own indoor toilet. There is no indoor shower in the apartment, but a private outdoor shower with hot water is available. Parking included. ​ Important info: Remember to bring your own bed linen.

Idyllic small farm, miller's house from the 1800s

Experience quiet surroundings in this house in the clearing in the woods. The house has a low ceiling and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern towns, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets answer to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds and a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Explore yourself and nature 💚

Raft - Camp Skarvann

Enjoy the sound of nature when you stay in this unique place. Idyllic small houseboat located on Lake Skarvann. It is a simple standard with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with foam mattress. There is no door on this unit, only a "awning" to close. Small kitchenette, table and chairs on the patio outside and a fire pan. Important to note that this is a wilderness camp, we do not have water and electricity. There is a toilet available in the area. Duvet/pillow/sleeping bag must be brought by yourself.

Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Cozy cabin in Risør

Relax at a cabin in Søndeled, Risør. From here you can walk for ten minutes and get down to the swimming area at Skarvann, to the boat dock by the sea or into the woods. The cabin is located on Øysang, right next to Jegertunet holiday center where you can use the swimming pool and tennis courts for a fee. From the cabin it is also about a 10-minute walk to the jetty where the Øysang ferry goes over to Risør city center. It is also just a short drive to the Svabergene mountains at Stangnes and Portør.

Holmesund: Cozy Sørland house, large garden

Internett og strøm er inkludert. P-plass til 2 biler. Båt (Pioner maxi 13 fot med 9.9hk) er tilgjengelig i sommersesongen. I skoleferien leies huset ut på ukesbasis (søndag -søndag)

HAMMERLIA 36 is a modern cabin that holds a full-year standard and is located about 100 meters from the sea. The cottage area has its own sandy beach with a barbeque area and a children's playground. A great place to relax or to participate in activities and experiences. In the middle of summer, the sun is up until 21.30 o'clock.
