Spacious living room with fireplace and open solution to the kitchen. 4 sleeps (2 D, 2 K). Shower (outside and indoor), outdoor toilet. Here you live about 1 km from the city center, about 250 m from the grocery store, about 1 km from Randvik beach with rocks, fishing opportunities and beach. The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

Cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty

Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min. to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally it is a boat building, but we have turned it into a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty, which is deep enough as well for sailboats. You can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet. electricity is not included and will be charged separately The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

Huset har tre koselige soverom og ett bad. Stuen er møblert og kjøkkenet er utstyrt. En av de beste delene ved vårt sted er den fantastiske beliggenheten rett ved sjøen, med mulighet for båtplass. Her kan du nyte båtliv, fiske eller bare slappe av ved vannkanten.

Hammerlia 41 is in a great location with a view to the sea at Nesodden Brygge at the heart of Sørfjorden in idyllic Risør. Two sandy beaches nearby and bathing jetty (200m.) Hiking terrain and short road to Risør city centre (10 min w/car) Motorboat (14-16ft/9.9-60hp ) can be rented. The cabin is now upgraded (May 2025) with two super comfortable continental double beds (180x200) Three of the other beds will also be upgraded.
