Monthly Rentals in Rio Vista

This is my second time staying at Julie's little hidden oasis! What a nice peaceful place to relax after a long day of work.

Tom and Sarah are very responsive to what I asked. The whole house is very clean we feel comfortable staying. We enjoyed the walking distance to the river and restaurants. I did not notice there is no bathroom upstairs until we stayed, it’s a little inconvenient. However, great experience overall. I like the style of the house, plenty of common areas and enough dining areas and furnitures for everyone to spend time together.

great little place to stay. I love to fish and for it to be where it is located, I had so many different options where I can go. neighborhood was nice and quiet, allowing many to get to sleep early and get up for the early bite. The restaurants in this little down are really good, if you stay try out Hap's Tap, great food, a lot of beers to try. I am looking forward to booking this place again in the future.

This place was a great location for visiting family. Lori gave clear instructions and we knew how to get inside. She also left coupons and phone numbers for local restaurants. Our kids loved the snacks and purified water. It was just what we needed. Not too fancy but fit the bill just right. Maybe we will stay again next time we visit our family in the area. Thank you!
