Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ringebu Municipality

This was a wonderful place to stay. An authentically historic home with the beauty of old wood, the original large pine table and working old hearth. Yet it had all the comforts we expect and was spotlessly clean. There were several additional historic buildings on the large working farm. The view from the dining table and either porch is breathtaking. Best for us was Inga’s exceptional friendliness and the invaluable help she gave us in tracking down information on local family heritage. A reminder to bring your own shower toiletries. Exceptional place to stay!

We enjoyed this cozy house (wonderful for family of 4-6 p, with 2 families a little too tight I think). Beautiful Christmas card environment between 2 beautiful ski resorts. Lillehammer also nice place! Good and quick contact with Ole, very friendly. We'd love to come back!

Hanne was quick to respond to any little issues we had and even helped sort out a parcel that couldn't be collected without a Norwegian phone! The house is very comfortable and has everything you need.

Marius and Sindre are perfect and helpful hosts. We have absolutely loved staying at their place and would love to return another time.

We enjoyed our stay at Inger's house. It is very spacious, well furnished and very clean. The kitchen is very tidy and there is everything you need. The house has a large garden with a playhouse, which has made our children very happy. Parking was available right in front of the house on the premises. Inger sent a lot of information in advance about things to do in the area and was always easily accessible. Everything was perfect and we recommend this place, especially for families. Thank you!

Very authentic charming Norwegian experience - house a bit quirky but mostly in a good way. We arrived to find lights on / heat on and a kind welcome note. House were a bit chilly but heated up quickly using the panels and the two fireplaces. All in all a great choice for everyone looking for a real Norwegian countryside experience. Views from the house spectacular!

A traditional farmhouse in beautiful surroundings. We felt very welcomed and the communication with Gunhild was quick, informative, friendly and swift with a quick responsetime. A great plus here: Incredibly comfortable matresses, comforters and pillows. Also, plenty of bed linens and towels available. The interior has the feel of an older, charming family farmhouse. Three livingroom spaces. A large dining table surrounded by lots of windows, letting in natural light and scenery. Also, lots of space and light in the kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms were functional and had everything we needed. There are some minor quirks, like always in older houses. Note that there is a steep staircase up to the 2nd floor where all the bedrooms are, in case that is an issue for you. The key box and door lock were a bit "stubborn" to work with, until we got to know their "personalities". But don't worry, they work. All in all, we liked Gunhild's charming farmhouse and would stay here again. :)

Cozy cabin with great view. Everything you need. However, it is relatively high for cyclists. It was still worth it.

Very short location to two ski lifts with cross country tracks right outside. Spotless check-in/check-out, modern apartment that had a modern decor. Good beds to sleep in after many hours of skiing. Good kitchen facilities - even coffee maker and cheese slicer. Maybe a little seating for a tired bunch of alpinists who wanted to lie long flat in their own sofa nooks in the evening - but these are well more personal preferences, and one sofa rather stimulated social evenings. Missed the typical "cabin character" with a pile of games, but we also experienced this stimulating for increased social activity.

Margaretha is a responsive and kind host, answered quickly when we had questions, and the place is lovely and just right for a ski week. Thank you :-)

A nice, clean, and cozy apartment with a fabulous view that you can enjoy from a private terrace. The apartment is exactly as described. The hosts are very welcoming and truly care about making their guests feel comfortable.

This is a new apartment in a great location. It has rounded off our beautiful ski holiday. We will definitely be back next year.

Very happy with the place we rented for Easter! Short distance to ski slope, restaurants and other activities, but at the same time private without much noise around. Fit the size for the two of us who were there, and the cabin had everything we needed for 4-5 days stay:) Small minus was that the mattress on the bed was a little in the thinnest layer, so it was a little hard to sleep on.. Other than that, we're super happy with the trip, and the hosting was impeccable! Happy to rent here again:))

Amazing apartment! Spacious and cosy, with lovely beds and incredibly dough linens – here the hosts really thought of everything! The apartment was very well equipped, everything worked perfectly. It was lovely and clean and we felt at home from the start. The location couldn't be better, with great views and ski-in, ski-out right outside the door. In addition, the service was impeccable – André was available both before and during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have booked again next weekend! Highly recommended!

Easy to park, charge your car and carry the pack to the condo. Fresh and tastefully furnished, was great for the four of us adults and two teenagers.

The communication with Jens was impeccable. Among other things, we needed to check in earlier and it was no problem. Unfortunately, our children became ill the day we were supposed to leave and we therefore did not use the apartment. Jens followed up the next day and has offered us to stay there for one night on another occasion free of charge. This is what I call service and a really nice host. We are happy to stay here another time.

This studio is really lovely, thought of every detail and you feel really welcome. We spent 4 days between Christmas and New Year, and the apartment was nicely decorated, even the hand soap smelled like Christmas. Really lovely duvets and pillows with nice warm linens. The apartment is a short distance to Hafjell alpine center and with ski locker rentals under the gondola, the studio worked perfectly for 4 days skiing for 2 adults and 2 children (12 and 14).
