Three bedrooms with double beds, large bathroom + guest toilet, kitchen, balcony, underfloor heating and parking space right outside the door. Your getaway in beautiful Bad Mergentheim begins with a view of the entire city from the large rooftop terrace. With this special accommodation, all the important points of interest are close by, making it very easy to plan your stay. You can reach the spa park on foot in about 5-8 minutes and the city center in about 15 minutes. The Solymar thermal baths are also perfectly accessible on foot; it takes about 10 minutes.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town.
