My partner and I spend a weekend at Pia‘s lovely cottage and we loved every second of it. Check-in was easy and flexible with a personalised check-in code and the communication with Pia was excellent. She gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and activities ahead of time and responded to messages immediately. The cottage itself exceeded our expectations, you can certainly see the love and consideration Pia puts into every little detail. We got fresh breakfast supplies according to our preferences and enjoyed the amazing view on our little balcony while watching the birds. We loved the bathroom which had a big spa bathtub with bath salts and organic toiletries. During the day the nearby road would get a little busy occasionally (it was a warm summer weekend after all), but being inside the cottage you wouldn’t hear a sound so it didn’t bother us at all. It was a wonderful experience to stay in Pia‘s cottage and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature

Absolutely lovely cottage, even better than the photos. Host also provided amenities and fresh bread which was such a treat, really cute get away for a short stay. Only thing to note is that the main road is close so you will hear cars driving past all night and windows face the public/ other guests.

It was a wonderful place to spend the night with family. More than ample space to host a lovely family dinner and board games afterwards. The fireplace made it all the more cosy.

The Observatory Cottages at the top of Mt Dandenong has been the place to stay in the ranges for years, and with good reason! We last visited Ironbark cottage 20 years ago and we loved it this time as we did two decades ago. It’s extremely cosy and private and you can easily spend a whole weekend at the cottage without leaving! The spa and gas log fire place are highlights, adding to the warm and cozy vibe. Penny leaves great provisions for a cooked breakfast for two mornings and there’s a kitchen if you feel like staying in. She has great communication and is very responsive if you need her for anything. A beautiful choice for a weekend of R&R. Highly recommended.

Mindy’s place was beautifully presented in a quiet location. Bathrooms were spotless and rest of the house was just as clean. The views were stunning and incredibly peaceful. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks again.

It was our second stay at the cottage and we thoroughly loved the experience. The cottage is everything the description says - peaceful, serene, tranquil, pristine and so tastefully decorated. Kate, the hostess, exceeded our expectations again! Kate has thought through every single detail and anything a guest may need during their stay has been provided for. Our family spent 5 nights over the Easter break at the cottage. We were able to truly slow down, recharge and rejuvenate. Daily walks by the sea side, a well stocked super market and cafes around the corner, a beautiful and fully fenced backyard with a covered area for a BBQ were some of the highlights. We had a lovely three night stay in this comfortable cottage with our small dog. It was a very comfortable home to stay in with lots of thoughtful touches. Vicki was a great communicator before we arrived and also provided plenty of helpful information in the house. We felt the location was perfect with the beach and general store walkable and many other sights only a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a gem of a place to find in Drysdale! Such a relaxing and quiet venue away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The view is amazing, along with the walkable routes you can take around the property with Cesar, the resident tour guide farm dog! My kids (9 &7) loved every day here exploring and ‘helping’ with the farm animals at feed time along with just getting them back into nature activities & letting them roam around making their own fun up! Accomodation was great, could not fault it at all. If you just want a nice relaxing getaway that is only 10mins away from town, look no further.

We had a fantastic stay at Jess's place. It's a gorgeous house in a stunning location and perfect for a weekend away with a group of people. Jess was fabulous at communicating and I would definitely stay again. (The bed in the main bedroom was insanely comfy!)

Matilda’s Cottage was a perfect little spot that catered two nights before our wedding and our wedding night. While we are local, I highly reccomend utilising this cosy quiet accommodation. You are not far from gisborne vineyards and town centre and a short drive up the freeway into the Macedon ranges. Take a short drive continuing up benson rd you’ll grab a nice view of the valley. Thanks for having us!

A lovely quaint home. Soft bed linen and comfortable bed. Fabulous shower pressure. Most enjoyed the light filled,sunlit lounge. Looking out the windows to greenery was special. Old world garden my favourite.

Jenny was very responsive and helpful. Getting access was easy and the house and garden was exactly as we expected. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Really had a great time and we hope to book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful cottage in the woods. The surroundings were incredibly serene, making it easy to unwind and relax. We especially loved curling up by the fireplace in the evenings and soaking in the jacuzzi under the stars – those were the highlights of our stay. The kitchen and bathroom are basic but very tidy and cosy, providing all the essentials we needed. Just a small heads up: the kitchen doesn’t have pantry extras like spices or cooking oil, so make sure to bring your own if you plan to cook. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience, and we would happily return for another getaway!

craig and Donna are wonderful hosts, made us feel at home, could not be more helpful. Beautiful location and accommodation close to everything but felt wonderfully remote. George their Labrador was fabulous and super friendly and obedient. we are world travelers and this was the best bnb we have ever stayed in. Awesome 2 weeks. Definitely booking again.

Margaret & Carl were lovely hosts. We booked in to celebrate our honeymoon and was welcomed with a bottle of wine from their own winery which was a special touch. The fridge was stocked with necessities and the serene atmosphere was just what we needed. We drove to nearby wineries and Yarra Glen area & visited the local book store. The couch and beds were comfortable and the coffee pods was a lovely touch. We will definitely be returning and recommend this quiet Airbnb to future guests.

Homely, clean, spacious and private property in the stunning Dandenong Ranges. Added bonus of onsite sourdough bakery open on Saturday morning- produce definitely worth trying. Great choice if attending a function in the local area. Andrew and his wife were very welcoming. House rules very clear . Perfect choice for us .

We had a wonderful stay at this Helen's place. Set on a charming farm with animals, the location was peaceful and full of character. The space was spotless, well-maintained and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are right next door if you need anything. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Sulochi’s place was super beautiful and cosy, surrounded by a beautiful garden and lovely patch of views of the hills, beds were firm and comfortable and the sheets were amazing! Highly recommend this place! It’s in such beautiful surroundings and it felt extremely cosy and peaceful. Everything was lovely and clean, continental breaky was great, and the hosts were very friendly - would 100% stay here again.
