Bright basement apartment on the outskirts of Speyer.

Former children's rooms/party cellars "no 5 star hotel ", functional and good. Non-smoking. Passage kitchen only 1.83 Ca1300 meters to Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to Dom/Stadtmitte, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Altrhein are very close . A guest said I should mention the Rheinradweg, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity, for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only partially suitable for allergy sufferers.
