The apartment and communication were both great! Patrick was quickly reachable, willing to compromise, respectful and friendly. All the necessary information was provided to me right at the beginning and the apartment was in very good condition. The location on the Rhine is very nice for walking and the bus stop to the train station is right outside the door. Very comfortable all around.

Host Marcus was great, easy to communicate with, and his place was also great, it met our expectations. Thank you :)

Due to the renovation of our house, we spent a few days in Iris' apartment. We immediately felt comfortable, the apartment is well-equipped and very lovingly furnished. It is also very quiet. In the immediate vicinity are several excellent restaurants and those who prefer to cook themselves will find everything they need. Our dog was also welcome and there are many opportunities to go for a walk. In general, there is plenty to discover. Iris was always available to us, she is a great hostess. We will be happy to come back for the next renovation!

We had a very pleasant stay at Jannik's place. The location is perfect as it is well connected and very close to the supermarket. The place is very well maintained and everything we need is there. Jannik is also very responsive and helpful anytime we have questions. We would definitely love to stay here again for our next visit to Frankfurt!

Our family can’t say enough good things about this place! The house is technically 3 different apartments, one per floor, connected by a single staircase. The entry level and second level units have 2 bedrooms and share a nice sized bathroom along with a central space with a perfectly outfitted kitchen and common space. The third level has a just one bedroom and a smaller galley kitchen (which we didn’t use). The house is on a Main Street but quiet and an 8 or so minute walk into town. If you rented all 3 apartments you can easily have 10 people stay here. We were a party of 5 but three were older teens who adore having their own space so we rented all three. The house is a wonderful mix of modern and updated, the perfect distance from town and Christian is an attentive and thoughtful host. An absolute gem of an Airbnb. A++

All as described, great apartment. There were eight of us as a family and so we got along well with the sleeping places, although there are no enclosed spaces. The terrace is sensational with views of the harbour.

For a weekend, everything was very good for us. The apartment was perfectly prepared according to our needs expressed in advance. In addition, we were warmly welcomed with coffee, juice, water and more. If we're back in the area, we'll be happy to come back. Claudia and Bernd

LOVED IT! The little village was beautiful, the area was awesome, the house was PERFECT! Walkable to restaurants & grocery. The yard was fantastic, we ate outside because the weather was cooperative. Andre was so thoughtful & helpful & accommodating. Definitely one of my very favorite Airbnb stays!

We had a wonderful time with our dogs, despite the partly bad weather, a relaxing break from everyday life or stressed people in the middle of nature! If it weren't already so fully booked, we would have come back next week. For our it 🐕 🐕 was a dream and huge playground. Verena and her husband are very likeable and were friendly, courteous, and warm in answering any questions we had. Absolutely recommended and we'd love to come back - we're looking forward to it. Stefanie and her husband were very friendly and sociable. The surroundings are quiet and secluded. The place is very close to nature. The floors, gardens and the spiral staircase are unsecured for toddlers but with the railings are well doable for slightly older children.

Wonderful location, super welcoming host, right in the heart of “little Venice! Christel went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was very flexible. Highly recommend her place!!!

Lovely place to stay! We enjoyed many of the design elements of the home. Lots of storage and a big kitchen and balcony! Also really loved the large windowsills.

Everything as described in the listing, we were absolutely satisfied and would be happy to come back. Very clean, large, cozy, perfectly equipped apartment. Large closet wall in the bedroom with a lot of space, kitchen with a lot of crockery and all desirable utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fully automatic coffee maker (even a package of coffee was available, thank you!). Great view of the Neckar (Unfortunately, somewhat limited by fly screens on the windows, which is certainly an advantage in summer.) We were also able to use the beautiful meadow behind the house, directly on the Neckar (garden furniture available) . Despite being located directly on the main road of the village very quiet. The landlord Edward was on vacation, but reachable in writing. Easy check-in with his very friendly and helpful neighbor (lives on the floor above in the same house). She was accessible throughout and took care of everything immediately. You deserve our special thanks!
