The 2 room apartment is equipped with everything ( washing machine, Wi-Fi...) needed for a cozy stay. It's located on a peaceful side street in Alt-Neckarau. From the organic shop, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office....everything within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you can reach the Rhine or bathroom in 10 minutes. You can get to the city or the BHF with line 1 (2 min.)or line 7 (15 min) travel time 14 minutes. Bus line/station Neckarau (7 minutes walk).

Relax in this quiet and bright accommodation, approx. 40 square meters, on the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with toilet and bathtub is available. In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.

Modern apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom

New and renovated 1-room apartment with air conditioning in one of Ludwigshafen's most popular areas (Rheingönheim district). There are plenty of parking spaces, lots of green nature and great walking trails. Nevertheless, the district is very easy to reach (2 minutes to the main road, 3 minutes to the highway, tram 2 minutes walk, train station 10 minutes walk). You can reach Mannheim, Heidelberg, Bad Dürkheim and BASF in Ludwigshafen in a few minutes by car.

Kathrin is a great hostess, who lacks nothing. Warm welcome, short introduction to the really beautiful and stylishly furnished apartment and even my own slippers! Chihuahua Gizmo, who sometimes visits, is probably the most relaxed and quiet Chihuahua in the world, a very fine little guy. The Friday night guests on Kathrin's terrace were also all super sweet people, and during my stay I could always switch between company and privacy, depending on what I was looking for. I felt right at home. On my next visit to Mannheim, the first thing I will do is see if your room is available again. Thanks for the great weekend and hopefully see you soon! ♥️

I booked for my aunt. This was very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable right away. Room and bathroom very tastefully decorated. Even a coffee machine and of course coffee, filters, etc. are there. The room has direct access to the terrace, which can be shared. View of the paradise garden. I am happy to host guests here again at any time.

An absolute dream, not only because of the accommodation, but above all because of the hostess! Communication was quick, warm and super straightforward. Every question was answered immediately, she had great tips for the area and was always available. Her hospitality has made the stay extra special. The place itself was just as perfect: sparkling clean, lovingly decorated and has everything you need. The location to the congress building is perfect, in 5 minutes walk you are there. We'll be happy to come back every time!

Super nice and helpful landlord. Place was very easy to find. Very clean and comfortable room with shared kitchen use. Residential area very quiet with ample parking. All around a relaxing work stay, with everything you need as a business traveler could be expected. Highly recommended!!!! At the next fair there is only for me this neighborhood.

Tobias' Airbnb is fabulous. 5 stars are not enough. The room is spacious, has daylight and shutters and is equipped with everything you need, even an iron would have been there. There was nothing missing and very comfortable beds and everything extremely clean and a large bathroom. I'd love to come back.
