It has been renovated with a lot of love and natural materials and offers everything for a pleasant, cozy stay. Also supplied with the best spring water from the tap, what else could you ask for? The location is in the middle of the medieval old town in a fantastic setting. Annweiler itself is a good starting point for biking and hiking. Britta is super nice and ensured a good start to the holiday with her uncomplicated manner. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!

Very nice apartment, tasteful furniture, very pleasant that you were allowed to use the terrace and look into the garden. As a guest, no wish remains unfulfilled. The only small drawback for me was finding a parking space on the street, I had to search longer, mostly a little further away. I would love to come back if it's possible.

We are very satisfied with our stay and have enjoyed this lovely stay with spacious bedrooms and living room, kitchen and very clean bathroom. The location was very clean in its entirety and really felt like home. Highly recommended!

Suna is a very good host! She was attentive to my orders, and was very flexible with check-in. The department is in perfect condition and worked very well for what I was looking for. Fully equipped, and ready to move in. The location is excellent, right in the center of Mannheim, close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

Great accommodation for one person. Easy to reach from the train station on foot and by bus line 401.

We had a wonderful stay at Ursula's and were greeted with a very delicious, fresh bread. The space was super equipped and spacious. Due to the loving furnishings, we felt right at home. For four people, the size of the apartment is perfect. The open kitchen creates a nice conviviality. The small terrace invites you to linger. Ursula and her husband are very hospitable, we got great tips for the area. We definitely recommend the place, we had a great time. Thank you so much!

it’s very great to stay here for a week, I’m on my business trip here, and it’s only 10 min walking to our customers’ company . The house is very warm and beautiful. I also cooked on weekend in the kitchen. Carsten are very nice person. They offer a laundry service with a little cost. They have everything we need. I will come back again definitely. Many thanks to them .

We were very pleased with the winemaker's cottage. Very well maintained, tasteful and high-quality furnishings. Regarding the sofa bed, you have to pay attention that you do not lie like in the bed with exit to the respective side, but one towards the wall and the other with exit to the front. It is also, if you look closely at the photos, to be seen in the picture with the prepared sofa bed.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with all the amenities! We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Oliver and Sabrina’s place. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the surrounding countryside was perfect for daily walks. Oliver and Sabrina were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Everything went great and matched the description

We felt comfortable immediately upon entering the house. Super equipped kitchen - also oil, spices, coffee, etc. as well as dishes and cutlery for larger number of guests available. Large and very clean bathroom on the ground floor. The garden was also perfect for the stay with our two dogs. Even our older dachshund lady has not found a loophole in the fence 🙂 Walking/hiking are possible directly on foot from the house. The noise level of the nearby federal highway did not bother us at all. Since the weather was rather moderate, the use of the infrared sauna was great and we were delighted that it also heated up very quickly. We can fully recommend Eva and Jens' house!

The apartment was very clean and tidy. It is located in the middle of Sankt Martin and everything is within walking distance. The stay was great. I'd be happy to come back anytime.

Really great apartment! Spacious, beautiful - also the decor, well equipped, cozy. The location is great if you want to be in the middle of the city and that's what we wanted. All sights and a lot of gastronomy within walking distance. You step out the door and are in a pedestrian zone in the middle of the bustling street life.(1 bedroom in the back, but it is very quiet.) We would rent the apartment again at any time.

Staying in Dagmar's place was an absolute pleasure. We were met on arrival by Dagmar's husband who could not have been more helpful. We were shown the apartment and ended up chatting with him for quite some time! This man is an absolutely fantastic host and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. Absolutely would not hesitate to return here and would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Mainz! The train station and a bus stop for the bus into Mainz centre are both within 5-10 minutes walk. A beautiful apartment that is spotlessly clean and very spacious yet homely 😊

The four of us spent a fantastic weekend at the Schönlebenshof. Peter is a very nice host and everything worked out smoothly - from check-in to free charcoal. The courtyard is beautifully renovated and we enjoyed having breakfast here in the morning surrounded by nature. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment and garden invite you to relax. The location is ideal for hiking. Can only recommend!!!

Super friendly landlords & a small cozy apartment where we lacked nothing: Quietly located, with great views of the hills of the Odenwald & a garden where you can relax all around. Inside, it is cozy & at the same time high-quality, so that you can have a wonderful vacation. We stayed for 2 weeks & will be happy to come back :-)

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious modern apartment, where everything was available. On our next visit to Mannheim, we will definitely book with Hakan again.

The stay overall was very good. Communication with the hosts also went smoothly, so no questions arose. Highly recommended the place. I have one small criticism, however, one or two more socket adapters would not hurt.☺️ Otherwise, really great. 👍🏻

I was there with my adult daughter for 2 days because we wanted to see Heidelberg. The accommodation is quiet and a little outside near the forest (great for walks with the dog). You could park on the street in front of the house. Just right for us. Wencke is very attentive and friendly. She responds incredibly quickly to messages and worries a lot about the well-being of her guests. We felt very comfortable Thank you very much!!
