Whirlpool, fitness area, sun terrace and a wonderful view over the riding arena into the Münstermaifeld fields - your vacation here becomes paradise. A sauna can also be used for a fee. The 120 square meters are divided into two bedrooms with spacious beds (1.80 and 1.60), a dining area, open kitchen, bathroom, living room and a fitness corner with ergometer and weight bench. An additional sleeping option can be created, so that the apartment can also be rented for up to 6 people. A highlight of this atmospheric apartment is certainly the large whirlpool in one of the bedrooms. Every bedroom, living room and bathroom has a TV. The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people.
