Our farm near Limburg with its large garden is a quiet spot in the middle of the village. In an outbuilding, we have now lovingly furnished a vacation apartment to offer people from around the world a starting point for excursions with e-car sharing at the house to Limburg, Wiesbaden, Koblenz to the romantic Rhine or with bicycles or paddle boat to the Lahn. Art workshop, sauna, swimming pool (20 degrees), courtyard, garden with fireplace can also be used.

Whether a wellness trip, a safe stay with a toddler/baby, a vacation with a dog or simply the desire for an idyllic place of rest in nature. For hiking, cycling, chilling, golfing, sunbathing. Fantastic sleep in sustainably produced linen. The property, pool, hot tub, sauna is not exclusive, it is shared with 2 guests and us! There are 2 apartments on the property.

Beautiful 1-room apartment (45 square meters) with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Very centrally located in Wiesbaden, the city center is about 15 minutes and the spa house is about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. An elevator is available. In the house is an indoor swimming pool (5 x 12 m). The bed is 2 x 2 m. Wi-Fi with 100 Mbps available, Samsung Smart TV with 43 inches also (MagentaTV, waiputv and SamsungTV).

From here you can discover the Rhine and Lahn valleys with their beautiful castles and palaces, such as Koblenz Castle, Lahneck Castle, Marksburg Castle, Elz Castle and many other sights. How you discover it is up to you, on foot, by bike, by boat or by car. You can reach Koblenz by car in 15 minutes, the nearest cycle path is only 5 minutes away, the nearest hiking trail is practically on your doorstep and can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.

Come visit us on the edge of the Westerwald (Rhine/Westerwald Nature Park) in the Sayntal and experience the charming apartment on a size of 75 square meters. The bright apartment, which was restored with a lot of natural materials and love, offers a high standard. With loving little touches and details, the apartment exudes a lot of coziness. A great 2-room apartment right in the city center. Downtown is a 5-minute walk. The bus station is very close. The apartment has 2 great terraces. A grocery store is right in the house. The apartment has one bedroom and a living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. We speak German, English and Russian.

Charmingly imperfect apartment in historic villa

The very charming apartment with private entrance is close to the spa park. Here you can relax and feel comfortable. It is a modernized old building from 1914, not perfect and therefore inexpensive. ATTENTION!!! The price includes the tourist tax of the city of Wiesbaden of €5 per day and per person.
