We booked the place over New Year's Eve and it served exactly the purpose we were hoping for. The sauna and yoga room were great for relaxing and the place is generally very tastefully decorated. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating she helped us with every question we had. Even when we found that we were missing a cable from our raclette machine, she tried everything to help us. Thanks for that:)

Great place with a beautiful view! Everything from the older year of construction, but tiptop clean. Bonus is the pool on the ground floor and new elevators from 2024.

I was at Mark's from 06/19-06/23, as I had to work on the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring - a great apartment, with everything you need and no unnecessary frills! Happy to come back next year!

There were two of us and we are enchanted by Helga's warmth. The place is rather old-fashioned but cozy, clean and equipped with everything the day needs. The property is not visible and I regret that it was not summer - I would have loved to use the pool and garden but it was still a bit cold. Feel free to come back anytime :)

Nice clean place to stay. Silvia and Bernd are very friendly and accommodating. Communication went very well. The train station can be reached in a few minutes. You don't hear trains, it's pleasantly quiet. We had another wine tasting at the two of us. We felt very comfortable.

It is the best place To escape the pressures of life. A very quiet place and the host is a more than wonderful person and very helpful. I don't think there is a more beautiful place in Koblenz.

The accommodation was great for a meeting with old Marburg study friends including baby. The Oma-Lina team was excellently prepared and very supportive also with regard to further equipment options for the baby. Also the digital as well as direct contact with Norbert and his wife was super friendly, accommodating and straightforward. We lacked nothing, so we could use the weekend in the accommodation extensively for relaxed games and conversations. There was even a glass of homemade quince jelly for the breakfast round, which was very delicious! The accommodation is highly recommended for larger groups with absolutely great hosts! We will be happy to come back! :)

Together with a colleague, I walked part of the camino. The apartment was close to the route, and looked great and clean. The lock to get in was a bit awkward and opening only worked after telephone instructions. But otherwise there was nothing to criticize about the apartment!

Very spacious, well-kept, comfortable and nice apartment. The beds are simply heavenly. We slept very well, as you can hardly hear the trains with the window closed. The balcony on the southwest side is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon and evening sun and is shielded from view by trees and plants. The nearest parking lot is only 100 meters away. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you very much for that.

The place was even nicer than in the photos and we really felt very comfortable. Although there were seven of us in the apartment, it didn't feel cramped, but still spacious. The decor is chosen with a lot of love and invites you to relax. The cinema chairs and projector are also exceptionally great ideas. We fully recommend the apartment. In summer, you should only note that the new train station is also right outside the door and you can hear the train with its announcements when the window is open. However, the amount of traversing trains is limited, so there was no problem for us.

We were very pleased. The place is modern and cozy. Everything was exactly as described! The train tracks are right in front of the house, but with windows you can only hear the trains quietly. Didn't bother us.

We were there with 10 adults and it was a great fit, enough seats in the kitchen, numerous possibilities to spread out in the house or to play together in the huge living room upstairs with terrace. The large garden with many possibilities completes it, plus it's super quiet and we all slept well. Thank you! :)

If you are looking for a quiet place to spend a few nights with up to 9 rooms and a living room + couch, this is a great place! You have a great view on the Rheinfels castle and all in all a great location. Would definitely recommend. Only thing to consider is that the shopping and dining opportunities are somewhat limited. So better come prepared - kitchen is great though! :)

The very quiet and beautifully located accommodation was easy to find and we were greeted almost to the minute. We felt very welcome right away and everything was very nicely arranged for us. Inside, it's even nicer than in the photos. Much looks like new, especially the kitchen and living area are modern and high-quality. The amenities are very extensive - it lacks nothing. Everything is bright and friendly and you have a great, unobstructed view of the beautiful landscape. The balcony and garden area with barbecue are also nice to use, where you can start or end the day, as well as in the sauna. There is more than enough space for vehicles, everything was very clean and the hosts were always available to us (very short response times). The surrounding area offers a lot of nature - the barefoot park is practically within sight. By car, many worthwhile excursion destinations can be reached quickly. We highly recommend this place!

We spent an extended family weekend here (3 households). The house is idyllic and quiet and you can park right by the house. After the uncomplicated check-in, we felt comfortable from the first minute. We lacked nothing – especially the well-equipped kitchen, we liked it very much, everything you could need was really available here. There is plenty to discover and do in and around the house, so you can have a very good time here, even if the weather does not cooperate. The ping-pong table and hot tub were a special highlight for us. The contact with Conny and Micha in advance and during our stay was always very quick and pleasant. Any questions were answered quickly – we felt well taken care of and very welcome. Overall it was perfect, we had a great time and would be happy to come back!

I was in Casa Magnolia for the second time and it was wonderful again! The weather was very good and so we could enjoy the beautiful garden and the sauna extensively. This is the right place if you want relaxing relaxation in a very private environment. "Just" walking to a supermarket or something is not possible. You can go for a nice walk, but everything else is at least 10-15 minutes away by car. But that's exactly the seclusion and silence we wanted. We felt very welcome and very well taken care of. I would recommend Casa Magnolia without any hesitation.
