We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Discover the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley on foot, by boat, by bike, climb and visit castles. Afterwards, relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rhine. Between Bingen and Koblenz lies the enchanting Bacharach and above it the district of Neurath. You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Come visit us on the edge of the Westerwald (Rhine/Westerwald Nature Park) in the Sayntal and experience the charming apartment on a size of 75 square meters. The bright apartment, which was restored with a lot of natural materials and love, offers a high standard. With loving little touches and details, the apartment exudes a lot of coziness. We welcome you to Villa Rosa! Our Villa Rosa is located at the foot of the Ruppertsklamm gorge directly on the Lahn. We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats and a dog share the grounds. The old manor house was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For more than 10 years we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

In the stable – side by side with chickens and horses

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Our apartment on the ground floor, bright and friendly, is located in the winegrowing community of Bornich, in the "World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley", directly on the Rheinsteig. The Loreley can be reached on foot in 40 minutes. You will find us in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. Parking directly at the house. Check-in via key safe possible. In 500m you are in the great outdoors.
