This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Mas Carbó, a 16th century farmhouse equipped with all the comforts comforts of the 21st century. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

An architect-designed villa on the wild coast with its beautiful coves for swimming in summer and walks in winter; the spacious villa with swimming pool and patios is located in a residential area, quiet, highly sought after for holidays with family or friends; an ideal place to recharge your batteries. It is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility: stairs, direct access to the pool, garden in tiers, roof terrace so supervision impossible. No parties.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

This accommodation is very special and personal because it is the house that my great-grandfather bought to spend the summers with his 9 children, then where my father grew up and in it I spent the happiest moments of my childhood. El apartamento está en una zona rural rodeado de belleza natural y de pequeños rincones que invitan a la relajación y la tranquilidad. Tiene un patio amplio. El apartamento cuenta con mucha luz natural, se ha transformado recientemente, y dispone de todas las prestaciones necesarias para pasar una estancia cómoda y confortable. Está a 10 minutos en coche del lago de Banyoles.

Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar. Everyone involved in this project put a lot of love in it, which I hope you’ll be able to feel when staying here.
