Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
