Superb, amazing, beautiful, are perhaps the three adjectives that are repeated when visiting this apartment also privileged. Large accommodation with magnificent sea views, the best apartment for rent in Sant Martí d'Empúries. Four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, entrance hall, utility room and three terraces with sea views. When we open the main door, we can observe the sea, the whole gulf of Roses and a large part of the plains of Empordà. The entrance to the apartment is through the main terrace. The entrance hall distributes housing in two parts, one more noble and the other more functional.In this noble part, we will find a large living room and dining room with two large windows overlooking the sea and access to a covered terrace with fantastic views of the beach of Sant Martí d'Empúries and all the notch of the littoral. But also a master bedroom, huge, the most elegant room, with a large bathroom "en suite" and a third terrace, private to it. The functional part of this penthouse is where there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All rooms have windows to enjoy the landscape, as well as views of the village, the plain of Empordà, the sea and beaches. We are certain that the people who stay in this apartment, will repeat their experience because this one really represents the image of an apartment at the sea, that all at one time we dreamed. Very pleasant apartment to stay in, spacious, bright, quiet. The environment is flowery, majestic palm trees frame the pool, the view is magnificent. Private parking space. all the equipment provided for cooking, tasting and resting. the walking distance to the many activities offered by Collioure. we have only one desire: to return to this apartment (rare gem) and continue discovering the region.

Beautiful penthouse in front of the train station

A spacious and bright apartment with an incredible terrace. We had a pleasant stay with our two teenagers. They had their quiet little corners, but we could also meet around the big tables inside or outside to eat or on the big sofa in front of the TV. Very convenient because it's near the train station. Ideal to explore the local area. We also took the opportunity to visit Barcelona! Recommended.

This apartment was in the best possible location, with stunning views over the famous clock tower and the surrounding countryside. Walking distance from train station and bus stops, as well as from all the amenities of Collioure. Well equipped but not fancy, it was perfect for our stay. Note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor so may be an issue if you have limited mobility.

Great stay at Amandine's apartment. It is very well located in a very family-friendly area. The free access to the pools is a real advantage. This complex is clean and well kept, it is possible to rent sunbeds for €1. There are also many activities offered by the city Place de la Martinique right next door. When it comes to the apartment, it's small but functional. The sofa mattress is new which ensures a good night's stay! The view from the terrace of the pond is nice and mosquito-free. Thanks to Amandine for her hospitality and advice on outings.

Great stay in a very clean and well-located apartment. The owner was very kind, very responsive and answered all my questions. I would recommend this place, 5 min walk to the sea. The reserved parking space means you don't need to use the car all week because everything is nearby (laundry, bakery, restaurant, market, etc.) I highly recommend it! 😉

Had a brilliant week in Saint Cyprien. Book this place and you won’t be disappointed !! Apartment had a fantastic view of The Mediterranean as it is right on the Beach - Our Dog was in heaven running and playing with other Dogs on his walks. Lots of Restaurants and Bars all within walking distance although because of it being early in the Season some places were not yet open. We walked down to The Port and had a few Meals at the Restaurants down there - Very nice. Lovely Market right outside our door on Friday which has lots of nice products for sale. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the bed very big and comfortable. Nice Bathroom. Thanks for a lovely Holiday. Rita & Ed & Quinn (The Dog)
