We stayed at Amalen for 3 nights. It was the perfect way to kick off our vacation. The rooms are as pictured, with the unique stone interior and private pool. It is very peaceful and relaxing. My favorite part was the included breakfast. The staff prepares a fresh, delicious, healthy, creative, and locally-sourced breakfast daily. They serve it in their gorgeous central courtyard, and it gets the day started properly. It’s highly likely that I will visit Crete again. I would absolutely stay here a second time and would recommend this property to anyone coming to Crete.

Marko and Maria’s place is spacious, modern and luxury. The 5 balcony provides great views of the city and sea. Maria and her sister are very friendly and personal. We had a thunderstorm in one of the days we stayed there. Maria messaged us to comfort us and made a few great suggestions of things for us to do. The unit is away from the old town and it is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend it.

Our night at Agapi's was true to what we expected. Very welcoming and accommodating, the information is clear and accurate. The room was perfect, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The pool is a plus to this place. Perfect bed and breakfast location, right in the middle of the old town which makes it easy to walk through the small streets.

We felt completely comfortable! Nassos was a fantastic host and we were able to relax wonderfully on the balconies and by the pool between our trips to the beach, hiking and city tours (a car is recommended.) We will also recommend this place to friends and will be happy to come back!

Yannis is a very chatty and funny guy, who is often around and always pleased to help. He insisted to help clean our car before we drove back to the airport. We arrived very late on our first day and were very relieved to see the basic groceries for breakfast in the fridge so that we did not have to go groceries shopping early in the morning. The apartment was very clean and has good furniture. The pool is always open with enough space around for all guests. Overall our stay was pretty nice and we recommend it :)
