Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

For a child or a 3rd person, there is also a guest room, which can also be used as a study. You can cook in the kitchen.

Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, bietet dennoch eine gute Anbindung über die A7 oder den Bahnhof direkt im Ort. Das Grundstück liegt zentral und gleichzeitig erholsam und ruhig am Waldrand.
