In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. It is a part of our seminar center, which can also be offered for rent. Osterrönfeld is located on the Kiel Canal and is also suitable for a stopover on the way to Denmark. Shops such as Bäcker, Edeka, Lidl and Aldi are easily accessible nearby.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Welcome to our small and idyllic vacation home with its own garden, just across the street from the Wittensee (fourth largest lake in Schleswig-Holstein). There on our private lake property with its own lake meadow, jetty and canoe, which is (usually) there for free use for our guests. The Baltic Sea (Eckernförde Bay) is within cycling distance (10 km).
